I read many positive reviews of this tv and wanted to like it, but I ultimately returned it. My biggest issue is the "soap opera effect" of this tv - it makes it absolutely unwatchable imo. Supposedly it's due to some bug(s) in the software. You have to run the tv in low latency game mode to get around this issue, but the quality of the picture is noticeably less as a result. If they address this issue, then it would be a good picture for the money, but at this point I wouldn't recommend based on this issue alone. I found the viewing angle to leave a bit to be desired, and found it didn't handle movies that were particularly dark either. These weren't deal breakers and would have been acceptable given the price point, but factor in the above issue and I took it back. I ended up going with the Sony XBR-43X830C, which is a far superior tv imo. It's $200 more, but if you have the extra dough it's definitely worth it.

has great picture the remote is easy to use all you have to do is hit netflix or amazon button and it takes you right their. great sound and easy setup. overall excellent tv for the price.

I enjoy this TV so much and can't wait till more Apps and Channel broadcast in 4K. Right now it's my gaming and Netflix TV.

I've had this tv for about 3 months. Everything was fine until recently. I tried connecting to Netflix on the Vizio from my phone. It wouldn't connect. So, I connected from the remote. It was fine, until I exited out of Netflix. I realized the tv had shut off. I tried turning it back on from the remote and the tv. It wouldn't turn back on. I had to unplug it. Its been like this for days now. I have to unplug the tv to get it to turn back on after watching Netflix. WTH!

Disappointed I have to return this great tv at a great price simply because the Samsung "tv stand" works better for me aaaaagh....so only 4 stars! lol

Great quality overall in terms of build and appearance. Display is crisp and great contrast, really deep blacks in my usage. The 5 HDMI ports are a huge feature, really nice not to have to swap out inputs. Wifi connectivity works really well, haven't tried playing media off the USB drive yet though.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and couldn't have been happier with my choice. Works beautifully !! Quality of picture is great ! Super easy to hook up and connect to any company you use, and connect Blurry and bluetooth sound bar. Awesome gift.

Quality picture on this tv looks amazing, I was impressed by how crystal clear the graphics were. It was a big upgrade from my old vizo, and I love the keyboard on the back of the remote. Definitely satisfied!

For the price this tv can't be beat. Watched the same show twice, once on my old LCD and once on this tv. No contest. Even older shows look better.

Hooked this TV up to my Router via a LAN Cable and streamed Netflix and the picture is outstanding! I would definitely recommend this product!

Extremely disappointed. I set it all up and it turned on and worked fine, initially. After I got it all setup, I turned it off and went about my evening's activities. Came back afterwards and it wouldn't turn on. Completely unplugged everything and tried every troubleshooting procedure possible on it and all that happens is the power light turns on then slowly fades away. Most frustrating is because it DID work ONCE I spent a lot of time trying to see if there was just something set strange. No dice. Basically DOA and it's going back today, the day after it was delivered. Very disappointed in Vizio.

1. No power or controls on unit if remote fails. 2. No program display when moving through channels, only the channel number displays. 3. the remote control is small and the power key is lower than the Amazon, Netflix and IHeart radio buttons; Turning the TV on and off can become a problem because of those additional and not needed keys at the top of the remote. (Bought and paid for by Amazon, Netflix and IHeart radio), Also, unless you are planning to download 4K digital media from the internet on a regular basis; i say forget it, there is next to nothing out there in 4K, You will be lucky to get a 1080 broadcast in HD; mostly in 720 HD :(

I was so in love with the display when I was in the store that I went ahead and went with this new 4K Ultra HD TV even though I wasn't particularly in the market for one. The price was great and I already have a VIZIO TV at home that I am quite happy with. However, since it was hung on the wall, I didn't get to see the base for the TV but assumed it was the standard to all flat screens I've seen. Even when I got home, I hadn't noticed anything unusual until I opened the box and was about to set everything up. Instead of the usual middle base, I find these two awkward looking silver "legs." I look at the box more closely, and sure enough, there they are. I didn't even bother setting the thing up. I don't have a TV stand long enough to fit the exact measurements of the TV so that means you need a stand or desk long enough to fit this TV otherwise you can't get it set up at all. The legs themselves seem so tiny and honestly, I can't see this being as sturdy as the standard middle bases, I would be afraid to have any expensive TV sit on these things. This is utterly disappointing as I was really looking forward to this TV. It seems VIZIO is starting to convert a lot of their TV's to these weird leg things so I hope they realize this is a HUGE mistake and go back to the middle base. Now I will have to go with another brand altogether because of this.

If your not looking to bust the budget this is a great choice. Packed with features and great picture.

Returned a 55 ich Samsung BB online just too big for the room and went to BB to shop for another Only 4K in a smaller size was this unit. Took a bit to set up though, which HDMI port to use for this or that not too clear. Why they don t give the needed cables with a set makes no sense.

I was able to upgrade to a larger screen size due to technological advances and smaller frames. It has to fit in my entertainment center. I had a 37 inch and now I was able to fit this 43 inch. Works great and it's nice to be able to connect to Netflix with just a push of a button.
