    I bought the TV Sept. 40 days later it broke now they want to repair the TV now I read there's other people with the same problem that the TV doesn't turn on and the company doesn't want to send a new TV. Best Buy recommended me this TV. I will never buy this brand again.

    It was a good TV while it lasted. Died out 6 years after purchase. That's almost a lifetime in today's world of cheap electronics.

    Top spec 4k panel for a low cost tv. It does freeze once in a while but thats what a warranty is for. There isnt really any other 43 inch true 120htz panels out there.

    Poor Customer Service

    Vizio customer service is awful and unprofessional. Within 6 months of purchasing our tv, it went out. Customer service was no help and would not assist in repairing/replacing the tv. They claimed that it had been impacted which was not the case at all. It worked the night before and when we turned it on the next day, there were lines running down the tv. I do not recommend their products.

    Got my give today, set it up and all and noticed the tv keeps blanking out multiple about 30 times within the 5 hours I had it so I am going to return it in the morning moral is cheaper is never better Waste of my day and time

    Horrible backlight unevenness

    I've gone through two of these. The backlight is horribly uneven so when you're watching anything dark or panning it is very noticeable. Avoid this television and company.

    TV doesnt work

    Have had this tv less than 24 hours and it doesn't work. First pulled out of box and it only has 60hZ hdmi not the 120 it says on the box. Then within minutes of setting it up tv turned itself off. Turned back on with no issues rest of the day. Next day turn tv on within 30 seconds turns off and will not turn back on.. Returning for another tv, this is ridiculous for best buy standards.
