This is my first Vizio TV, it'a great.

The sound is also very good. It takes two people to hang it on the wall. I also bought the wall mount and it also take two people to hang it up. It's heavier than the TV. Together they make a great team.

No TV Tuner

I got this because I needed a TV with an optical output since I'm trying to do away with FIOS TV and all the extra charges each month. This is an overstated monitor. The picture is phenomenal! There are no antenna or coax inputs. Thankfully, Best Buy was gracious enough to do an exchange on this since I was 2 weeks passed the exchange deadline. I'm only giving it 3 three stars since it's only Half a TV. Best Buy gets 5 stars for the way they handled my predicament.

VIZIO SmartCast Display's allow cord cutters access to thousands of Chromecast-capable applications through the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. This includes many major network apps, streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, home media apps such as Plex, and the ability to cast a Chrome Tab from the Chrome browser on a computer. While an external tuner is required to watch over the air programming, sold separately, the VIZIO SmartCast platform enables our customer’s access to non-traditional viewing methods for cord cutters.

Supurb Monitor

It fits well on my desk, and it displays with amazing clarity. Very easy to connect, and no drivers were needed aside from standard W7 offerings. I am using this on an NVIDEA Quadro K2000.

Haven't used all of the features yet, but overall it was easy to set up and easy to start watching right away. The stand is lower than our previous TV and does not clear the height of the cable box, we had to rearrange how the boxes were set up.

THE TV DOES NOT HAVE A TUNER, BUT SINCE I HAVE CABLE SERVICE, IT ISN'T NEEDED. EASY TO SET UP AN APP TO USE AS A REMOTE CONTROL, EVEN THOUGH A BASIC REMOTE IS SUPPLIED WITH THE TV. OVERALL A GREAT BUY FOR THE MONEY.

Install and hookup was a breeze and the picture quality is great. All our accessories (DVD Firestick etc) plugged right in and all work great through the TV. A great purchase overall

My only complaint is it seems more difficult to use with the built in chrome cast. It is not compatible with every streaming ap (Amazon prime) and can be difficult to set up. I imagine it would be extremely difficult for people who are not familiar with recent technology changes. Overall it is a great value for the kind of picture quality you get.
