You have to use your smart device to download the TV remote and stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. from there. Otherwise the picture is good. Sound quality ok. As we haven't hooked up a sound bar yet.

I took away one star because google cast was a bit more complicated to set up and the remote buttons are limited and not very conducive to easy set up. But, thanks to a search on google I figured it out and have been enjoying this great TV ever since.

My only small complaint is that the remote isn't great, since it's mostly app driven. But otherwise, the tv has a great picture and great features. We like it and have had no problems after 2-3 months. Good buy and value.

It does not have a tuner so you have to buy another box to make it act like a TV. As a display it works fine and has a nice picture.

It was really complicated. Plus, you had to download all of the apps on to your phone before you can watch anything! I like everything all in one. Took it back and got another tv!

Pictures good price was decent sound not the best. Had to buy sound bar to go with it just to be able to hear it at a decent level.

In order to achieve the best picture quality and to take advantage of the 4K Ultra HD technology, it is recommended to use the HDMI connections. Most high definition cable or satellite boxes have an HDMI output. If using the coaxial cable is a must, there are external turners that can be purchased. There are many audio adjustments that can be made in the Menu, accessed from your paired smartphone or tablet with the VIZIO SmartCast™ app, to affect this. It sometimes half the screen goes dark and I have to unplug and re plug to fix. It's cool to use ur phone as the remote. If the wifi has issue then u lack a remote control.

I'm just a old fashion guy that like to use the remote..
