I wanted a smart tv that would get Netflix with a push of a remote button. This isn't really a tv...its a monitor. It is designed to be used with a cell phone or tablet by downloading an app. I did that and had no trouble setting it up but even using my phone as a remote I couldnt get Netflix. There are some services that are in the app but NF isnt one of them. I intend on eventually cutting the Dish Network cord but in the meantime i have this tv set up where my cable, Apple tv and DVD run through my Marantz receiver. So i use the device remotes and have no problems. Got this as an open nox item.....price was about what I'd pay for real tv so decided to keep it.

All apps are accessed by Casting them from your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet. It must be running iOS 8.0 or higher or Android 4.4 or higher. You can pair them with the VIZIO SmartCast™ application available for free download in both app stores. You can Cast many popular applications such as HBO NOW, Netflix, Hulu Plus, Spotify, VUDU, and hundreds more! Great TV with limited applications

Also the smart cast app is not that great, it gives limited options and also TV management could have been much simpler.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the "Smartcast" app that is required for the operation of this television can initially be a little confusing.
