I only wish that it had Neftlix, etc built in, instead of having to use the VCast app from my phone. I didn't know this was a thing before I bought the set and will be sure to look for it next time.

Needs a real remote

The remote only has like 5 buttons(power, volume, channel, navigation buttons). to access things like the settings menu, you must use your cell phone and download the app. The reason i purchased this tv was to play video from a USB, while it does play videos from a USB it does not let you choose what file to play. if you are simply looking for a tv in which you are going to setup a cable or satellite box, this can work for you.

Only qualification is the sad little "basic remote" which is basically useless.

Only detractor is the SmartCast app is pretty horrible. The box advertise Chromecast and what not...I spent a solid 30 minutes trying to get the Netflix app before I just went and grabbed my AppleTv. I don't think this was operator error...I'm fairly competent when it comes to tech. Nice budget 4k.
