The fact that it had no tuner did not matter for the intended application. The "remote" concept is totally absurd. You have to download an app and then run it through your smart phone or tablet???? It is a royal pain to download and install the app and then...you need to have your phone handy in order to adjust any of the TV settings!!!! Plus...your phone has the app running in the background all the time. Vizio developers were so interested in implementing something "new" that they failed to really think if it was worth while or not. Too bad, because the TV had a nice picture and would have worked well for the intended use (gaming display). Went back to the store the next day. I have a 70" Vizio that has been absolutely "bulletproof", but based on this last experience...I have zero confidence in the folks at Vizio or the products they develop. If I could give this product a negative rating (something less than one star) I would. Vizio...what were you thinking? Would be handy if the people at Best Buy knew their products a little bit better and were able to tell potential buyers that you can only adjust the TV with your smartphone. That's why they have return policies.
