    Has great features, Great quality, but seems to be on its last leg for only being 3.5 years old. Love the Chromecast and detail though!

    I have desperately needed to upgrade my personal TV in my room so I began researching and reading different reviews. I have always loved vizio and saw there was a pretty sweet deal on this one for black Friday. Even if I couldn't snag one on black Friday, I was pretty set on buying this TV. It's just a fantastic TV. I do lots of gaming and often record gameplay for YouTube videos I make and this TV definitely performs. I highly recommend this one.

    I've owned nothing but Vizio TV's over the past decade and they have never let me down. This TV has an excellent 4k screen and looks awesome. It doesn't have HDR but that doesn't make it a deal breaker. I would highly recommend getting this if you are looking for an affordable Ultra HD 4k screen.

    The only thing I like about this tv is the clarity in the picture quality..that and that alone is a5 star! However.. this tv needs a tablet or cell phone to operate it. All the apps are based upon what you can cast from your phone/tablet to the tv. There are no apps stored in the tv. The app crashes and you have to keep Uninstalling and installing it to work I have Uninstaller the app so many times I don't even watch the tv.. this is going back to the store. I will try a different smart tv. That doesn't require the apps to cast from aphone/tablet!

    Great TV, newer setup

    This TV has multiple connections, however, one of them is not coaxial cable. So if you have a coax connection coming from a cable box or vcr you will not be able to connect. My cable company upgraded me to an hd box, so now it's fine. It also does not have a single wire video connection. Again, this is only an issue for equipment that does not have component, USB, or HDMI. Other than that, it's great!

    I give a 4 stars , because this TV is not real good for gaming. The latency is higher than I expect. I'm able to notice it when I play Dota 2.

    Purchased in store. Asked salesman if it had a tuner. Was told it did. Upon setup, found that: 1. No tuner in tv, you have to buy a box. 2. No co-axial cable connection, so Can't connect to antenna. Returned to buy a better tv. Lesson learned. Every other 43" 4K Ultra HD tv in store has a tuner And co-axial connection for an antenna. Stupid that it doesn't.

    An ok TV with a terrible idea

    The fact that you can only control this TV form your "Smart Phone" or Tablet Vizio has just eliminated 40% of the population, kids without phones and older people who don't care to carry around a smart phone to control a TV, and that is a huge number, plus some older people are not willing to learn to do it. It also demands that everyone who has a smart phone in the house and would like to use the TV has to have the app. We bought it today and only one person had the app at the time, so we all had to look at his phone to try to choose a movie in Netflix...this has to be the worst idea for a TV I have ever seen. This TV is going back to the store tomorrow.

    Setting & Remote

    The setting process for this tv was frustrating. Everything has to be done thru an app, remote control is useless, picture was bad ( my Samsung that is not 4K and it looks way better). Vizio please go back to regular remotes.

      I'm sorry to hear that you were having some trouble setting up your display. Our SmartCast™ Devices are designed to give you the freedom to make any smart device your remote and allow you to cast anything using Google Cast. Though the basic remote sent with the display will work to complete basic set up with a cable or satellite box, these displays are made to be connected using HDMI for the best possible picture quality.     IT'S NOT PLUG & PLAY

    Vizio over thought this one. You have to download their app on your phone or iPad to use the thing. That means they can keep tabs on what you watch. There is no coax cable connection. Only USB and HDMI INPUTS.. Many people are watching over the air TV now and getting away from expensive set top box. You have to buy a coax to HDMI converter to get over the air TV. All directions pointed to how to download and use the app. It wasn't as simple as it sounded. I took it back in exchange for one that was simpler to use; Like an LG or SONY This was my 2nd Vizio product I didn't like. NO MORE VIZIO for me.

    The setup was a pain(why do you have to link your smartphone with it to set it up?), sound is anemic at best, and the picture washed right out as soon as you were not directly centered on it. I would stay away from this- there are better ones out there in similar price ranges

    Vizio Smart Tv

    I didn't realize till I got home and set up the tv that it doesn't have TV tuner which meant I can't watch the cable tv provided by my university does it require a COAX cable.Secondly want able to set up the smart cast. Huge disappointment buying this thing.

    I figured this would be good. Use my cell phone as remote sounded cool, I've literally never watched a single full episode on Netflix or Hulu because no matter how strong the connection is it loses signal EVERY EPISODE
