I'm not happy trying to work with vizio to get help with product can't believe this they sent out defective tv s and wouldn't make it right will never buy from Best buy again!!!!

Sometimes the TV plays the audio, sometimes the soundbar does, sometimes there is no audio at all. The only fix is turning the TV off and on 2-3 times.
