Great buy from Best Buy...

I originally went into the store ready to buy either an LG or Samsung, but when talking to the BB associate I found out about all the extra features this TV came with for a lower price. Picture and sound are great and the Smart App for Amazon works so easily.

Poor product, poor service

TV was 22 days old- manager did not want to speak to me and was not helpful. Will never buy from best buy again- sharing my terrible experience with everyone possible.

Replacement TV

Also, had a lot of difficulty connecting it to our home network. Had to Google what to do, as apparently others have had the same issue. Once connected, no further issues with this.

They go up easily and have a great picture for the price. The facilites do not want to spend a lot on tvs but want quality so we go with these. I recommend these to friends of they they're in the same situation.
