A: You have to set your TV tuner (cable,DirectTv, etc) to 1080p. Keep in mind some broadcast are not in full 1080p.

Q: how do/or can I access the internet via the vizio smart tv?
A: A reply stated this Vizio has "a web browser that can access the internet" and I believe that is incorrect. Vizio does not have a browser listed in the apps for this set (and I really expected one). Otherwise, its a nice set for us!
Q: Is 120hz real refresh rate correct?
A: This TV is 120Hz. I verified the box myself when purchasing as I was skeptical what the 240 real rate meant.
