This Vizio is a very good tv for the money. It does everything well as expected. the only thing that caused me not to give 5 stars is the picture itself. I have 2 Sony Bravias and the pictures are 1 star better. My Sonys are upstairs and the 2 Vizios are in the Rec rooms downstairs. I put the picture on Vivid and it is passable that way.

Love my Vizio - E-Series 50 Class (49.5 Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black. This is the second one of this kind that I have bought from Best Buy and I love both of them.

Great price, great picture quality, solid feature set. I have even seen an improvement with over-the-air HD digital TV reception. Since I'm using this TV with a preexisting home theater system (or old TV was damaged by lightning), I haven't really used the smart TV features. Instead, I have a Roku3. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star rating is the stand--rather than as single, central-post stand, this unit has two V-shaped stands under the right and left ends. Unfortunately, this caused a problem with my existing TV stand. Word to the wise: measure your TV stand width and compare with the specs on this unit before purchasing. Overall recommendation: good buy

Very nice picture, sound is not the greatest, but that can easily be fixed with a sound bar. Very fair price and helpful employee. Easy to set up and very lightweight.

Purchased this Vizio strictly from actually seening the tv on display at the store and talking with Best Buy associate. Employee was very helpful. i did no online research and when i accomplished the easy setup at home was very satisfied with the picture edge to edge. Hooking up the Smart capabilities to my home wifi network was simple and quick. Preloaded Apps were great for most of them were exactly what i was looking for. Tv remote is very basic and seems like Vizio could of put more effort into the design. Overall very satisfied with my decison to purchase this tv for the bedroom.

This TV has the all the features we wanted, an excellent picture, and easy to use menu. The only problem that is that the USB port is on the back. You have to move the whole TV to get at it, which is difficult with it's size. My old TV had the USB port on the side, which allowed easy access. I wish that this TV had that feature.

I love this tv it was very easy to install, it's light and slim and has a great picture. The smart feature is amazing too! Only thing I don't like are the legs...I with the stand was in the middle of the tv because I was forced to find a long enough table to put the tv on since the feet are on each end of the tv.

I only wanted to spend a certain amount on a TV so I knew I would be taking a risk when it came to buying a Smart TV. Overall, this TV has been pretty good. I think the picture quality is clear (well HD channels - reg channels are horrible). I love the Smart TV function and I regularly use Netflix and Hulu and Pandora with no problem. I really don't understand why iHeartRadio is a button on the remote and Hulu isn't but whatever. I will say, I've had issues with the remote and not being able to turn the TV on. New batteries and everything. I just end up using the Universal Remote if that happens. And just the other day the wifi connection went out. Not sure what happened but I just connected the Ethernet and it worked fine. I tried to see if the wifi was working today and it still wasn't...even though wifi is working fine on all of our other devices.

This TV has amazing picture quality, sound and the smart features are amazing especially the YouTube sent from phone straight to the TV is really awesome! The price was great... Set up was super easy and as soon as set up it was ready to use without having to adjust color. Love it and would definitely recommend it

The tv is great. It has the netflix app button on the control. I like that because before with my other tv, I had to turn on my xbox one on and watch netflix through that. You can also get amazon video and other apps to the tv. The quality is great. The tv itself is not heavy. It's very simple to use and set up. I'm very pleased with it.

This TV was a really good deal for the price and the options that you get. No it's not a 4K TV but for under $500 it's a pretty darn good TV. It has all the functions and the options that you're looking for without the higher price tag.

Picture is great, simple to set up. It is light weight and easy to carry. I stream using Netflix and Amazon using a wireless connection. No issues after about a month of using it.

We decided to get a larger, new Smart TV, but not being very smart, we wanted something simple to set up and use, without it costing us a huge amount of money. We are seniors who are trying to enter into a new technological world...this Vizio TV is perfect! Great picture quality and it set up quickly and easily! If we could do it anyone can! We have a smaller Vizio set purchased about 8 years ago..still works great so we were comfortable in choosing this brand again. Best Buy had a great price and they were very helpful answering our questions before purchase and getting it to our vehicle.

This 50" Vizio Smart TV is a great value for the price. It has all the features of the larger TV as far as apps and HDMI inputs. It is also light enough to handle when mounting to the wall. Great buy!

I Really wanted to love this tv especially that I got it at a very good price. Netflix and hulu plus loaded fast considering I was using Hughesnet broadband. The only problem I had was I faint purple hue that I just couldn't get over. I spent about 6 hours trying to configure it to no avail. At first I thought it was just how the movies and tv shows were but it was happening too much that I had to compare it with other TV's and true enough, the purplish hue were actually white light and not purple. I was going to return it for the same model but upon looking at the display unit, it actually have the same purplish hue and even the sales associate noticed it too. I went ahead and replaced it with a smaller Sony Bravia which is $60 less but is only a 40 inch. I wish I could've just gotten over the hue but it was bothering me too much I had to go with a trusted brand

The clarity & color are excellent. The sound is great. The only con is there are no volume & channel controls on the back of the TV. Therefore, you must not loose the remote control. :-)

I purchased this TV the Saturday before Black Friday. I've had it now for two months and I love it. The picture is great. The inputs are easy to reach and well setup. It works with the Vizio speaker bar I bought to go with it. I don't have to use two remotes, which is even better! The picture is crystal clear. I've had no issues. I used an online guide to set it up for the room I'm in and it looks better than it did in the show room. It was a great buy! It's a large TV. So make sure to measure the stand you're putting it on before you buy it. I had to go out the night of and buy a stand because I didn't, and it was too large for the one I'd had previously. When you get this TV, you will need a flat surface to lay it on in order to mount the leg stands. You will need two people to lift and manipulate this TV.
