At first, I bought a comparable Samsung smart TV. Two weeks later, I returned it for this Vizio. Now, the Samsung was a solid TV, but honestly for $30 more, I got much more of a TV with the Vizio. The Samsung came with only two HDMI ports, and no analog audio out. Which by extension, also meant that it didn't have variable audio. Well, I have external analog speakers that I use for my TV. The Vizio had all of these missing features (as well as one more HDMI port). The picture quality is just the same, and I might even say that the Vizio is a tad more user-friendly. On top of that, my brother did further research, and says that Vizio's seem to earn quite a solid reputation, on top of their competitive prices. And he's always been the one to keep on top of this kind of stuff (he has a $1,500 Panasonic Plasma, if that tells you anything). My only complaint is that I sometimes have problems when changing channels through my cable box. Sometimes when changing the channel, the screen will just be black, and I will have to change back and forth from one input to another and back to get it right. I'm not entirely sure if that's my cable provider or not, but the Samsung wouldn't do that. It's probably the only thing stopping me from giving the Vizio all five stars, and at that, it could be this cable box. I don't exactly have the premium cable provider, if you catch my drift. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend the Vizio over comparable TVs from other brands.

the Vizio 50" tv was easy to install and the picture quality is great. Everything looks crystal clear and much easier to see than our previous 37" Vizio. I would recommend this tv to anyone.

I have bought a few different brands of LCD/LED televisions, and by far, this Vizio has been the best! They have a great picture and are an excellent value for the price point. Highly recommend!

Good picture and good overall value for the money. My main complaint is the speakers are terrible. I had to get a sound bar to be able to enjoy the sound of programming. I bought an inexpensive sound bar that sounds great and now really love the TV The TV was easy to set up and get connected to the Wi-Fi. However, I have had a bit of trouble streaming movies, but I think that may be a problem with my Internet service provider. The picture quality of this TV when you stand in the store is maybe not quite as good as some of the others. However, at home by itself it really does look wonderful and I have no complaints other than the sound quality.

great picture, sound and quality. Smart tv is a great thing to have. it gives you plenty of extra programming at the touch of a button.

This is a great TV. The remote controls my sound system via HDMI-CEC, the YouTube app supports the Chromecast protocol, you can customize video and audio settings to no end, you can name inputs, and the quality is great. I know there are higher end TV's out there but the quality and feature set is very impressive. Best TV I've owned, this really is a great value.

I have had a 32inch vizio for over10 years and is still working great.great tv for quality and picture.it has everything on it that I need.I would recommend it to anyone.

For the money, this is one of the best tvs in its class out there. I feel good about this purchase. No complaints and looks amazing. I cant believe it was under $600

This TV is big enough but light enough to be considered a portable model. Also is clearly now and the motion is that high enough to keep up with the new gaming system

Love this! Great price, just big enough for us and works great without any issues.. Do wish the remote had a keyboard since it's a smart tv but all in all a great buy!

The Vizio smart tv has great color and sound and the apps are easy to use. I've had some trouble setting up external devices. This could be more user friendly.

My old TV died, saw this one. It had good reviews, friends have Vizio TV and they like them, said they are good TV's, so bought this one. Easy to set up. Great TV

Tv is great deal 4 $. Remote could be better. Sound is above average. For smart tv you won't find a better value

Love my new 50" Vizio tv. Clear picture and easy to set up. This is my 3rd Vizio tv and no issues with any of them.

Great TV, nice picture quality along with a nice set of features. Would have liked to have seen more apps but for the money the key apps are there.

Really good picture and sound, easy to setup. Slight adjustments to brightness and color to fit the room were easy...all that at a great price point.
