Clarity and function on a great tv shows great resolutions i am happy

we were looking for a flat screen tv and found a great deal at Best Buy

You cannot beat this TV for the price, the picture quality is high and the added smart TV features are great. If you use NetFlix to watch a majority of your television this is a perfect product. I plan to get another for the bedroom.

Buy buy was awesome in processing my ordered nod it was delivered before the committed date. The TV was a great addition to my cabin home. It was easy to hang and to operated. The picture is clear and crisp. The HD is very clear.

This is my second Vizio and I have been very happy with my purchase.

I have been pleased with the utility and quality of the unit. It allows me to get into Netflix, Vudu and Amazon Prime video without have a separate device. This makes my television watching experience much more convenient

My son had this TV just a couple of weeks. It worked fine but was accidentally tipped off the stand and the screen cracked. It was unusable. to make matters worse (it is now over a year later) I forgot to contact my credit card warranty , purchase protection service. I called the manager at the Best Buy where we bought this and explained what happened. I begged for the manager to give us a special discount on the purchase of a replacement TV. They refused to provide ANY credits toward the purchase of a new TV. I went elsewhere and purchased a new Visio 55 " The Visio TV's work great. Obviously, we are very disappointed in Best Buys customer service. We weren't asking them to replace it. We were asking for a discount on a new one.

Excellent picture and clarity. Only con I have seen with this model is the volume. Sound is not as loud as you might expect or like, suggest using surround sound if you use this as your primary television.
