Great tv and great price I would def recommend it!

The picture is great but the sound is a little difficult to get right. The background sounds and music many times overshadows the talking and you miss what the actors are saying. Maybe there is a setting that can be changed but I haven't found one.

After having issue with previous product which mysteriously didn't work after two weeks, this Vizio TV is solid. The Youtube streaming and other smart tv features work as advertized. It would be great if the firmware is upgraded with NAS support so that customers can play video shared over network storage.

I'm not happy with the color saturation and was told not to adjust it.

I got this tv for a little under $500, so for that price its ok but the picture quality can be somewhat color saturated at times, I would recommend going for the M series for just a little more cost but a better picture, but again for the price it is a decent tv.

We got this tv for a great price. It's just the right size and we love that it's a smart tv. It's very convenient having access to different apps right on the tv. The picture is great. The sound would definitely benefit from a sound bar which we plan on adding.

This TV has exceeded my expectations . Excellent product for the money. If I had to come up with a negative, it would be with the sound. It's a little too much treble but certainly not a deal breaker.

Enjoying new television, would recommend to anyone.

The picture is great and the price was even better. Only issue I find is the lack of apps and no browser. Severely limits a lot of the smart tv usage that many other brands provide for.

Love this TV it picks up my WIFI and internet better than the one I had previously It has most movie apps, but does not have PureFlix which is a disappointment. Vizio needs to incorporate the newer PureFlix as an app. Overall Great TV.

The Price of the item was one of the best of all that I checked, I was surprised to find how clear and crisp the screen images were. I have informed friends who are considering a 50 inch TV purchase to see what is offered from Best Buy

This is a great Television meets all my family needs. I was apprehensive at first been a Sony then Samsung fan. For the most part I still am. However, short fuse and low cash brought me to this and I couldn't be happier Ulysses

tv works great in my eyes faster than the my old samsung 50" connects faster, only thing i didnt like was the way i get to apps, maybe i just got used to samsungs smart hub short cut but still a great tv

Unfortunately i am looking into replacing this tv right now, something i don't really have the funds to do. The TV has a nice picture and good online streaming features BUT.... My screen had a large amount of dirt / gunk of some kind on the INSIDE of the screen. It could not be removed and provided a horrible picture quality all the way around the edges of the screen. In addition, maybe due to there being a seal issue (which would also explain the filth mentioned above) my screen cracked during use. Nothing hit or damaged the screen, a small crack popped up while i was viewing something on Netflix. It was really weird. Vizio refused to replace the TV or even look at it without me covering the costs due to the fact that it was 2 days before my 1 year warranty expired. I made the mistake of not buying the Best Buy warranty, which i will not do again. This was a broken TV from the beginning and If i had realized it right away i would have returned it. I am happy to take some of the blame for not noticing it at first, but a TV at this price point should last more then one year. As a college Professor that doesn't have a lot of extra funds around to replace the TV, this one is painful. I recommend making sure your screen is in perfect condition before purchasing this exact model. And pay for the Best Buy Warranty!
