We wanted to invest in our 1st smart tv and thought this was going to be a good option. We got the tv home and the set up was easy. The downside is that the picture clarity was not good, even with an HDMI connection. We simply were not happy with the picture and ended up exchanging this tv for a Samsung, with similar features. We now have the Samsung hooked up and we love it..night and day difference. It was a little bit more, but so worth it, especially for something we use daily.

Purchased in February of 2015. It worked great and we loved the convenience of the smart TV features. No complaints. At 13 months (one month past warranty) it would not turn on. Could see power went to the unit by the light flashing but the unit would not turn on. Upon research (and trouble shooting that proved unsuccessful), this is a common problem with Vizios and one that is expensive to fix outside of warranty. This is our second Vizio to do this so will not be purchasing this brand again.

I replaced a five year old 47 inch Vizio with this smart TV, and I am very pleased ( only been three days so far) especially for the price. Also, as a bonus, when I ordered, it was on a Wednesday at about 11:00pm and the ETA was for the following Monday as expected. Much to my delight, it arrived by 7:00pm Friday, Not even 48 hours after ordering I was watching this great TV. Thanks to the BestBuy team for such expedient service. I almost forgot, the one issue i did have with this TV was the length of the power cord was about a foot too short and I had to use an extension cord. All in all, great buy, and great buying experience.

Set up TV/program at initial use and the remote stopped working. No input or volume controls on tv itself. So we tried to reset tv and remote several times and would not work. The next morning we tried again and it worked. In the afternoon we turned the tv back on and again, it gave us several errors on the screen, remote wasn't working again. We tried to manually shut off the tv and the power button wouldn't work. I We returned the tv that day. I will never buy a Vizio again.

Received TV in good shape and was easily set up. Was unable to get the WiFi to work at all. Then when working with the Vizio customer service people they told me that I was going to get a new TV shipped to me and that a technician would bring the new one and set it up. It would be delivered in 5-7 days. Well it's been two weeks and no sign or word from the technician. I still have no WiFi capability and thats why I bought the TV....

Great picture quality. Only reason I'm giving it 4 starts is because it's not the loud. Looking for a sound bar for the tv now.

Had this tv for 3 months. It was working fine at first. Suddenly it developed a small black circle it the bottom corner. Long story short, Vizio won't cover it. Says it's my fault. No damage was done to the tv by me. Just know going in that Vizio does not back up its products.

This Vizio TV is barely distinguishable quality-wise from much higher priced brands.

Love this tv in my room, sound isnt the best but overall decent

I ended up having to return the tv for a refund. It kept going greenish no matter what I did to the settings. And the sound got real muddled. So I changed my review from what I put it as under greatkevmo1 on here.

My TV worked great for the first 10 months, but then it started turning itself off randomly. This started happening more and more frequently until it was unbearable. I am now stuck trying to get a refund from Vizio so I can replace it with a different brand. Although this TV is cheap, it seems to be more trouble than it is worth.

I love using this tv. The only thing bad about it is that there no buttons on the tv.
