Large TVs nowadays leave something to be desired with regards to sound but the picture is excellent, crystal clear and makes you feel as though you are in the picutre. Also keep in mind that the picture won't improve unless you have digital stations for your TV as well.

The picture is wonderful, and the smart TV features are obviously also excellent. We haven't had a chance to check out all the features. We also thought the service was excellent. We live in a small town where internet speed is sometimes an issue, and sometimes we don't get a 4K picture, but I think that if we get a better router (either from our service or from Best Buy) even that will be better.

This tv has all the great features. For a 55' screen, it has an awesome picture with the function of changing brightness to suit the time of day. This one came pre calibrated, so there was no need to buy a calibration disc. I'm glad the screen isn't glossy. There is minimal glare. We also like the fact we can hook up the computer to the tv for gaming. The sound isn't the best. That doesn't matter if you have a sound bar or other sound system. 5 HDMI inputs and a USB port is a plus. The remote is of decent quality. The keyboard on the back takes effort to depress the keys at first, but after some use, it got better. It's not over complicated. The amazon and netflix dedicated keys are great.

Upgraded from the cheap "4K" tv that Vizio had out during the holiday season of 2015, and I'm so glad I did. Best Buy did an exchange, and I paid the difference for this one. Great picture, looks good too with the metallic silver frame. Not sure on the speakers, as I've had it connected to a sound bar system since I got it. Lots of neat features, and a sweet keyboard remote. Highly recommend.

Wow! They weren't lying when they said to get 4K! Picture is so good it looks fake. First tv I had was open box, brought it home and the board had fried on it. Picture has lines. So far the brand new one is working great

Initial concern with Vizio brand as I think it is a cheaper brand but had the tv for a month now and it's great. First smart tv so I love the features and getting to use my amazon prime now. Initially bought the 43" size but returned for the 55" and very happy I did. Easy to use and no complaints yet. UHD provides a nicer picture.

Bought this TV after scouring for months to find a 4k tv that was smart, had a high refresh rate, and was under $1000, with good reviews. This one was perfect. No regrets. The remote even has a querty keyboard on the back & both a Netflix & Amazon Prime button! The Apps system is simple and convenient once you understand it. The Plex app operates wonderfully, for those that may have it!

After doing weeks of research I settled on this 55 inch 4K model from Vizio, and so far I am pleased with my purchase. The combination of screen size, picture quality and features would be hard to beat at this price point. Even though there is limited 4K content right now, the TV displays regular HD very well.

Absolutely love it and have had it a few hours :) first I got the Sony and it was too dark so I did a lot of research and this tv is amazing!!!

Doesn't have some of the bells and whistles other more expensive 4k TVs offer, but has what you need and expect for a 4k TV in this price range. Nice crisp picture fairly decent sound though I would advise to invest in a sound bar or surround sound system. That's why only 4 stars. Only had it for a couple weeks but I love it. Glad I purchased it. You would be hard pressed to find a better TV for this price.

The television is all that the reviews say it is. Excellent clarity and resolution. The sound it very good without a sound bar as my viewing room is no large. Color does need some fine tuning. As most reviews stated, the image is not as good from an angle.

This thing is lightning fast! Best picture I've seen and it is super easy to use!

This T.V. is the perfect size for over our fireplace. Replaced one that was in our home when we moved in. Best Buy installed and did a great job. Picture is great. Controls are intuitive. Connected to Vizio sound bar and works well. Netflix and Amazon buttons on remote function great. Other apps through T.V. (like Spotify) do not work like full-functioning apps, but others are fine.
