Great 4K TV for the price

This tv is great for a beginner tv and if you're looking for 4K at a good price. Has a little trouble keeping up with high action movies as you can see the glitch, but overall it is a good tv.

Vizio 55" class M Series

Awesome television

There were lots of great TV's out there, and after doing the research, I decided on this one. I couldn't be happier, the screen size and picture are awesome, and I got a great deal on it. Would definitely recommend

Great Picture - Just don't have a problem!!!

I called Vizio "customer service" for advice. After some trouble shooting they decided my TV needed repair or replacement. I AGREE! I was given a case number and asked to email a copy of my receipt. I did not have my receipt but said I could re-print it from my BestBuy.com account. This was not acceptable to Vizio, as only an image of an original store receipt will suffice (Let's ask the customer to jump through hoops, and maybe we won't have to pay warranty claims.) I have 5 Vizio TVs, and they were not able to see this in there customer support department. I have registered each of them at the time of installation, and I am not sure why the support division can't see this. Anyway, I like the picture quality of Vizio, but if this is the customer service they find acceptable, I cannot continue to be a fan! I have been a huge fan, and have recommended Vizio to many friends. I feel like I have been let down.
