The only issue I have with this TV may be with the optical audio out. I'm not sure if it's the TV or Vizio sound bar, but sometimes there's a lag between the two that creates an echo effect.

this television is very lightweight making it easy to wall mount . 4 hdmi ports and one hech of a picture make it the best i've ever owned ! very happy with this purchase .

This is really a great tv for the price. HOWEVER, if you plan on hosting large parties you may want to invest in a sound bar system. The volume is not the best but works well. Overall great picture.

Expected better TV picture than we are getting.The audio portion of this set is not as good as it should be. This is a goodpurchase but we are a little dissapointed.

At $800 you can't beat the price for a 4K TV! While some other brands have a slightly better picture quality you won't be faulted for choosing this amazingly affordable option.

We actually came into Best Buy to replace our Samsung TV covered under warranty and ended up with a new Vizio 65 inch and this 55 inch for the bedroom...we walked in for one and walked out with two we were so impressed.

Bought an out of box one that dis not have the remote control but best buy provided em with a generic remote control that I later had to return. Overall great tv, great price, amazing

I didn't know much about 4K tvs until I began the process of researching and buying this one. I read comparisons and reviews of comparable brands and chose this model because of the affordability and efficiency. The tv is everything I expected it to be plus more, it's GREAT.

Just installed and it took a bit of effort to get it going. Seems to perform well but not long enough to judge yet. Will keep watching and observe as one should before making a judgement.

great tv for the price, great picture good for gaming sound is ok but overall great choice if you are looking for a good deal for a good tv

This is a great TV for someone that's not looking to spend an arm and a leg on it's more expensive competitors. The settings will need some tweaking out of the box as the firmware looks like it could use an update. I would recommend going to www.rtings.com to get the exact setting for your model.

This television is everything I wanted in a 4K tv as far as quality is concerned. It could definitely use more popular apps since the selection isn't very good. So far, watching blu Rays and gaming has been amazing. However, the is a major lack in 4K content, and it becomes a challenge to enjoy commercial tv unless you have a hopper 3 from dish with a 4K Joey attached. Everything is a decent 1080p with the 4K HDMI cord, but more content availability would be great. I was told Netflix has 4K content, however I haven't seen such quality while using the Netflix app. Solid tv if using blu Ray/ ps4/ Xbox. Mediocre if watching 1080p content

I am a first time 4k tv buyer and i wasn't sure what to expect. To me, this television was good but didn't seem any different from a good hdtv. There should be more apps that are compatible with this tv, but you do get your usuals like YouTube and netflix. The design is great and sleek.

Bought it recently and looks like it had similar content with other big brands, even more better i would say. The qwerty keyboard on the back side of remote makes typing more easy. Overall, it's a good purchase for this price.

My rating and opinion are based on a very short period of time, so I am issuing a guarded review. The TV has a nice, clear picture and it was very easy to setup and configure.

I knew I was buying an open box product, however when I got it home it was quite clear it had not been checked over properly. The screen had a great big scratch on it. I packed it up, called to check they had a new one in stock. I took it back right away and did an exchange. It turned out there was some kind of deal going on for the new one too, so I was happy. Its a black one, the silver one is what we really wanted, but hey. TV works great, color and clarity are great, had no problems other than its a bit slow to change from one thing to another. Good deal, well done Best Buy, great customer service yet again.

The price of the TV was great! The quality of the TV is even better. We mounted it in our Family Room & LOVE it! The images are so clear! It's a smart TV so that makes it even better. If you want a high quality TV without paying an arm & a leg, this is the TV for you!

The remote is great with a full qwerty keyboard on back. The online applications are great including amazon yahoo fb and netflix. The picture quality and color are excellent.

I have had no problems with the tv. The picture is great and the menus and apps are easy to use, my wife can even manage them. Great price for the size as well.

Reasonably priced 4K tv and a affordable price. Great smart tv simplicity and functionality. The only reason for the 4 stars due to the motion blur while watching sports.
