    We ended up going with the 4K Open Box and man was it a great choice. We are college students and some of the Sonys were out of our budget. We are happy with the Vizio MSeries 4K.

    Overall, the size of the TV is good. However, I'm still on the fence about the picture quality. Not sure if it's my cable provider or if the TV just isn't all it was advertised to be. Seems like the picture quality was better on my old Toshiba 40" TV for programs that were televised in 720p and 1080p resolution.

    you will need to purchase a soundbar, or run sound through your surround sound. the volume through the tv has an up and down in the sound. the picture quality is very good for an off brand.

    Great entry level 4k. Cons are the dimming. In darker scenes the TV wouldn't make a decision even with specific modes and calibrations selected. 4k Netflix looks great, but keep 60hz in mind.

    Out of the box it was decent, but after searching online for calibration settings, the picture is considerably better. Sound is not great but a good soundbar and subwoofer made short work of that problem. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
