Piece of junk
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Junk junk junk! Do not waste your money on this, unless you want a disposable television. Had this less than two years and the picture is doubled. The repair would cost half of what I paid for it. Basically worthless. I'll never buy a Vizio again.

Excellent T V
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Man I love having this 4K TV even though 4K content is lacking right now. I've had it for almost a month now. I have the 55 inch version of this TV. The picture is awesome. Much better than the RCA 55 inch 120 HZ TV that I upgraded from. This TV is a great value. Sports look good. The Smart TV functions better than I thought it would. Awesome all around.

Very impressed with Vizio M series!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After my 4 year old Insignia LED 55" began to develop a vertical line, I knew it was time to make a move into the next generation of technology. I looked at multiple products, LG, Samsung and Sony. The M Series Vizio is right in that sweet spot for consumers who want a great product without breaking the bank. One of the most impressive things was the screen size footprint. It has such a smaller bezel than my previous LED that it took up less size on my mantle. I kind of regret not going for the 65". The setup was easy. Looking forward to more 4k content, but in the meantime the 1080p picture is stellar. I watched some 4k Youtube and Amazon video and it looked amazing! So impressed. I know that Vizio is coming out with the D series UHD but I'm a little wary until there is some more to know about that series. Paired with the Vizio 5.1 surround sound makes it a great setup.

Network Connectivity issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reading the expert reviews on CNET and customer reviews on other websites, I bought this TV for $799 at Best buy during the Thanks Giving Sale. ORDER # 1115332430042. At first look, the picture quality was impressive for that price. The response time and navigating through apps was slow. The user interface was lackluster but I liked the qwerty keypad on the remote. I was operating the TV on WIFI and after one week I connected my laptop through HDMI port. The TV refused to reconnect to WIFI later. I tried reaching the online Vizio customer support but they were closed due to weekend which irritated me. (When products can be sold on weekends , why cant they provide after service on weekends - general opinion applicable to all products). So I tried all options as suggested on the support website (changing DHCP connections etc.) and finally reset the TV system. The problem persisted and finally had to return the TV to Best Buy and purchased a different brand spending $200 more and happy with it until now. I was just among those unfortunate customers to get this piece which had this problem but definitely this problem is significant considering that the same problem was reported on the support website by many customers. Summary - Pros: 1. Picture quality for that price 2. TV stand is firm (compared to the one I am having now) 3. Remote with qwerty keypad Cons: 1. Problem with n/w connectivity when other devices are using different ports. As this problem is reported 2. Lackluster UI 3. Poor response time when navigating though apps

Good but not perfect!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well first the good on my new Vizio M55 C-2 4k tv. The picture is very clear even though there is so little 4K content availible right now. The color as others have said is not great from factory. In fact the only setting on the TV that works for me is the game setting. All other video selections are what I call so bad you won't want to use them. They are either way to saturated or washed out on the color. I actually use the "GAME "setting all the time short of having the tv calibrated. Secondly the lip sink adjustment is so very unique and important to be able to adjust out of sink content on Video with sound. I am pretty sure that Vizio is the only manufacture that has addressed the problem with 4K TV's. The speakers built in are so inadequate that it is not funny. If you want a real experience your will need a sound bar or a home theater system to get any kind volume and deapth of sound. Another issue for me is the component jack is actually unuseable. My five hundred dollar Karaoke Wow Magic Sing will not play through it nor will my DVD player play correctly through it . If they are not going to have any processing behind the component jack they should just not include one. I have and RCA to HDMI upscale adapter ordered to try and salvage the use of my Karaoke machine. Over all I am happy with this purchase so far and I hope it holds up for many years.

Fantastic TV for the price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First time Vizio purchase. Have always had Sony or Samsung before. If you don't have to have all the latest in extras this is an excellent TV at half the price. After calibrating the picture is excellent even compared to the big brands. Pros: Great picture Great price Cons: Lacks features higher lines include SmartTV isn't as full featured

Best 4K UHDTV For The Price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 2nd Vizio TV.I have never been disappointed yet with Vizio TVs because of the price and now it's even better with Vizio TVs being sold at Best Buy.I just could not buy else where when best Buy offers Free Delivery and Setup,Free Electronic Recycling of my old nonworking TV when I bought this model. The 4K UHDTV's upconverted picture is indeed impressive to say the least. This 4K UHDTV is the future technology of TV viewing available now. Best Buy also told me if my TV has a problem within 15 days they would bring out another one,now I don't know if that was because I bought the extended warranty which I thought was decently priced or if this was their policy. I watch alot of TV being disabled so I am looking forward to alot of 4K viewing.

So sleek looking, great picture too!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This television has an amazing picture, is easy to set up, and is quite handsome to boot. It's easy to setup, the widget buttons are awesome, but the best part.... The built in keyboard on the remote! Soooooo awesome!!!!

Sweet price; excellent picture quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Vizio M Series has an amazing price, stellar picture quality, deeper black levels and low input lag for video games. If you are looking for a 4K TV that doesn't break the bank, then look look no further.

Great TV - wall mount screws are just "fillers"
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV Great Price - just wanted to pass along a wall mounting comment. The screws that came in the wall mounting holes in the back of the TV are not to be used for mounting per a chat I had with Vizio - repeated below V - Thank you. The pre installed screws are not designed to wall mount the TV. One moment I will provide the screw size needed for the TV. V - I apologize for the wait. The screw size is M6 x 12mm. Me - Thank you for the response. The screws provided are 12mm (I measured them) They also fit into the mounting holes - so I think that means they are M6. It just seems odd that these are the same size screws that I need - but you are saying they are not designed to wall mount the TV. V - You are welcome. Correct, they may be the correct size however these are "hole fillers" for the TV and are not recommended to be used with a wall mount Me - Thank you. I will go and buy appropriate screws. If you are taking suggestions from customers - I would recommend that you make that point clear in the manual - because I did not see it mentioned anywhere that these are just "hole fillers" and your customers could be easily confused since they are 12mm M6 screws. Just my 2 cents.

Great TV Under $1000
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a former Samsung loyalist, I can say that I'm 100% satisfied with this TV. I've been disappointed with Samung's 6000 series this year and the Vizio easily is the best in terms of value in this price range. Would I have a 7500 series Samsung, absolutely, but you cannot beat this TV in the 700-$1000 price range.

My first 4K TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased this TV right before the Super Bowl to replace my 5 year old Dynex 55" 120hz LCD TV. And I am not disappointed. After the great job they did delivering and the initial setup of the TV. I played around with the setup and Walla!! My TV is great. I've watched sports and played My Xbox One & PS4 on it for hours. And had no lag or Motion blur. I think most of the motion blur and lag might be coming from antennae or satellite based systems since I do have Comcast. My only complaint is the sound which I ordered a Dynex Sound Bar. I have a Denon / Boston Acoustics Setup but don't want to turn it on every time I power up the TV.

Relieved & Happy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought this TV last night from another vendor because my son received a one time employee discount of 25% off and the offer was only good for one day. I knew I wanted the 4K Utra HD. But other then that, I was pretty unsure of what exactly I should be looking for. So I just stood back and just looked at the picture quality side by side of all the brands available and this Visio M-series won!

Totally shocked by this VIZIO set.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally I bought a Samsung which ended up being a terrible set, Hated it with passion. Then I read reviews on this set (one of the best sets ratted by CNET by the way) and figured I would give it a try. So I took my Samsung back and and got this set and I'm completely shocked at the quality of this set. This set really should have been priced a lot higher based off of performance. Seriously I'm so happy with this set. These are the pros and cons in my view... Pros: Great contrast Sharp and clear Great black levels Lots of apps Good game setting....great for pc gaming btw. Cons: Sound is pretty weak. That is the only con I can find. It's really a great set and I highly recommend it .

Fantastic picture.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this TV for about one week now and I have to say the quality of the picture is fantastic. The upscaling on it is second to none and it just makes everything look even better. You will not be disappointed if you buy this TV. One recommendation... get a sound bar as the speakers on flat panel TV's aren't great.

Better (so far) than my Samsung
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took back a 60" Samsung 4K LED, as it was a bit big for my wall, and had a gray-ish overlay that bugged me. Was instantly blown away by how good this TV looked. Text is crisp and clear, and for someone with nearsighted-ness (me), I can watch this set at a distance without issue. I honestly prefer Vizio's smart TV hub over Samsung's, although both are inferior to Google TV.

GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first Vizio I have purchased and so far I am happy with my decision. The picture is OK out of the box but I did calibrate based on internet research and that has helped. The most important thing to remember is that the picture on the set is only going to be as good as the source. I would recommend this TV.

Average
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is overall an average, we bought this about a month ago. The sound is mediocre, we ended up having to purchase a sound bar because the sound just wasn't loud enough for movie watching. The quality of the picture is great, I really like the 4K. Video gaming works really well on this screen. My only issue is our remote completely stopped working last week, it has nothing to do with the batteries, it just stopped working. The remote is not covered under the warranty, so we will be having to purchase another one. Kind of a bummer since we've had the TV a little over a month. Other than that I like the TV.

Great picture while it lasted...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Couldn't wait to get this thing home and hung on the wall. It takes a little while to get used to how clear the picture is, but once you do, it's incredible. I loved this TV for the first two months. Turned it off one night and the next morning it wouldn't power back on. Called customer service and it was obvious that this is a known issue with this TV. They have sent me a replacement, shipped to my house and it "only" took 3-4 weeks to get here. Hopefully this one has the issue corrected! Loved everything about it until it failed... We'll see if Vizio has fixed the problem.
