Great TV BUT the only up scaling it will do is 1080p to 4K is from Blu-ray disk. Most broadcast and cable TV signals are 1080i and can not be up scale and after talking to my cable company (Cox) they have no plans to up grade any time soon.

Easy to set up, great picture. Have not had any problems with any Vizio tv I have boughten!

I came in to Best Buy to look at an LG 4K model, and found this with the help of a Best Buy employee. Best bang for your buck out there. The Full-Array lighting is the kicker here. SUPER deep blacks, great contrast, it makes dark shot scenes look amazing. I kept the packaging in perfect order just in case and threw it away after not very long, because I was very happy with my purchase.

for the price the tv is great. i bought it because for some reason my eyes did not hurt while watching it. I tried also Samsung and LG. Also the colors are lively. Looks good. The only minus is that the system that holds the tv is not one that can be rotated so you can watch it from different parts of the room.

I recently moved and wanted to upgrade my TV...and you can't go wrong with this 55" smart Ultra HD TV.

This is a quality TV with very good picture and sound. Can't beat the price for this size TV.

This TV has great picture quality and is really nice overall. We had a Vizio before and it lasted forever, it actually was still running strong when we bought this one but wanted to upgrade to a 4K TV. I would say definitely worth it.

I have been a fan of Vizio for years. Our old tv still works but we needed an upgrade when we moved. The 55" is perfect and the picture is amazing! I wouldn't trade it for a "better" brand ever!

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of this HD TV. The picture quality is terrific. Aesthetic s of the TV are clean and sharp as well.

got in 2015 and she's been a good old friend these past few years, but recently the streaming apps have started to goof up and occasionally she doesn't want to turn the picture or sound on. I have been told 5 years is a good run on things like these, and i'm sad to say i am looking for a replacement today. She's still under GSP so the tech will be coming out to have a look, but if he can't fix up the apps and streaming issues we will have to take her to pasture.

Can't imagine you can find a better 4K Tv for the price, have owned for a month and absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Within 45 days of purchasing this tv I noticed that there was a small black something in the middle of the screen. When I called them re the warranty, after sending several pictures they claim that it is a bug, a dead bug behind the screen and they won't cover that.?! I said, why do you make tvs that allow bugs to get into them, how is that my fault and what will it look like in 2 years?! Then last night the TV wouldn't turn back on so I had to unplug and replug. Their customer service is terrible and I've placed a call to AMEX, Don't buy this tv.

Got this tv for my husbands birthday and he really liked it. The only thing we would say was not great was the sound/ volume, so we went back and got a sound bar for it, which we were going to do anyway so we didn't mind. Great mini home theater now.

Just bought this exciting 4k tv.... My Partner insisted that we go with vizio since his last vizio was great for 5 years and still going. Well 3 months right on Christmas eve half the screen has lines. Try to get through to customer support on the holidays is no cake. They will take weeks before they will come out to the house. While crossing fingers they can fix it. I knew we should have got bestate buy insurance but boyfriend keeps thinking those are a waste of money. Now we waste our time waiting.... Ps. Not very impressed with vizio customer support.

The picture on the TV was beautiful but things went wrong right from the start. The TV was unable to locate any of the three wireless networks I have operating just a few feet away from where I set it up. The manual mode for entering the network information was also DOA as was the WPS setup. User manuals were of no assistance in going troubleshooting the setup. They had to be downloaded on a second device and refer to the guided setup when it came to internet connectivity. Not sure what was wrong with the TV to keep it from working right, but the circular stupidity of the user guides was unacceptable. Clearly, no one actually tried to use the guide to actually troubleshoot the problems that I encountered. Going to be returning this one in the morning. I doubt Vizio will be likely to refund me the afternoon I lost trying to get their product up an running.

The Vizio TV is great, but both the store and customer care customer service is horrible. They both refused to price match the TV I bought from them when they lowered the price of the TV I bought.

Solid tv. Still works today. Some of the smart apps don't work anymore.

I purchased this tv based on the Best Buy reviews. The picture quality is poor in relation to the other tvs I own. If I could go back I would pay the extra money and get a Samsung. Don't be fooled by the reviews.
