The Best Buy sales clerk tried to convince me to buy a door buster model for $100 lower price, but after reading a number of unsatisfactory reviews of that model I found this model with good reviews and a very reasonable price. If you look up recommended settings online for this TV, I think you'll be very pleased.

The picture is beautiful and to have 4K at that price is an excellent value.

So far I'm very happy with this purchase. The picture quality is great, there are plenty of HDMI inputs and the overall appearance is good. I'm not a huge fan of the remote as it is not backlit and although the keyboard on back can be useful, I'm still not sold on it. Overall though this seems to be a high quality TV for the price.

I saw the Vizio 4 K Ultra while shopping . Fell in love with it even though I already had purchased 50" Vizio LED HD just 3 years. The picture on the 50" was awesome but the 55" was 4K was incredibly awesome. I was still recvovering from Renal cancer surgery in April, during which my primary activity and pastime was watching TV I wanted the 55" so I bought It. A friend and I moved it , I set it up and we were watching in a little over an hour. . That included a 40" Vizio sound bar. I am hard of hearing with hearing aids , but remove them when I use the sound. Luv, luv, luv, luv it. By the way I'm 75 years and will 76 in a year. This was my first 4K purchase. I'm very pleased with both the picture quality and sound. Very easy setup process.

The Vizio M series is the mid-price series in the Vizio lineup, but from someone who comes from a Panasonic Plasma, I can say the number of LED Zones on the panel are just perfect for providing a contast just as good as my Plasma, especially with being able to play the set brighter without having to worry about burn-in. 4K is absolutly stunning, especially after plugging in some calibration settings from Cnet, and tweaking a little bit. I highly recommend Vizio. If their Chromecast doesnt suit your streaming standard, plugging a 4K Roku stick into the Vizio's HDMI 1 port will blow you away. It does not have a tuner, so if you are a cord cutter, you will need a Tivo or external ATSC tuner for your local channels or step up to the P series. I've been using the 55" M series, and moved it into the bedroom and replaced it with the 65" M series. Well worth the price, which is much lower than some competing brands without Local Dimming Zones.

Great television so far. We have been thoroughly pleased with all but 1 of our previous Visio purchases. The only less than positive I have for this tv is the speakers/sound. Even at maximum the sound is generally too low for my wife and I to hear clearly. Granted that we are older and our hearing is not what it used to be. However, the Visio tv this new one was purchased to replace in our living room, had great sound and we had no problems with the volume level.

This tv is really nice, it was easy to hang and hook up. The price compared to the value is really great to me.

I am amazed every time i watch another movie. The picture and sound are simply awesome. There are lots of features that i am still learning but the picture is perfect and audio make every movie an adventure. I catch myself looking around the room because of the crystal clear sounds coming from everywhere.

This is our second Vizio television and so far it has been even better than the first. We particularly like the built in WIFI connectivity, but the picture is outstanding and that is what really counts. We also liked having feet on the ends of the unit instead of a single foot in the center as this allows us to make better use of the space underneath the TV.

This is a great entry level 4K TV with a fairly robust smart apps platform. Great color, easy to use and works great!

Picture quality is excellent, wifi makes it easy to go pre loaded apps. Good price couldn't be any happier

This was a replacement for an old model LCD TV that we bought years ago. What a huge difference. We love it. It's thin, the picture is bright and the sound is surprising good, although I will eventually buy a sound bar. We have other Vizios and we really haven't had an issue. The smart TV option is the only way to go nowadays. Wouldn't be without it.

We bought this for an enclosed garage for our grandkids and we love the picture and is simple to use.
