Easy to learn, great tv would recommend as well as buy another!

Really great quality for a low price. We are very happy with this tv- had it a month now and it has a beautiful picture!

I like Vizios to be honest. It looks just as good as the other brands. You can bet the price for a 4k tv. I can't complain

Most 4k capable tvs are much more expensive than the price this product is going. I purchased the 60" and it is perfect.

This TV has amazing picture however nothing else is really there technology wise that can match how advanced it is. There are limited HD cable stations that look good on it and the regular stations were horrible. Ended up taking it back. Will wait for other items to catch up technology wise before purchasing as it limited a lot of viewing options.

I got this item 3 months ago. The TV has a great image when watching Blue Ray or HD TV. However, couple of weeks ago or so it started to act a little weird. (Smart TV with some software issues) After I turn the TV on, it will cycle through all the inputs without me using the remote. This last for about 2 to 5 minutes. I believe this is a software bug that causes the TV to go to this Input loop without the use of a remote.

First when I bought the tv I asked the sales rep do I need everything to put the tv on the wall, she tells me don't worry the geek squad will bring it all ? They arrive a week later to install but can't because I didn't get the equipment ? So now I have to go get equipment and a reschedule and another day off work ? #2. I get a call for the reschedule ok, then 4 hours later they call saying there was a mistake another reschedule, #3 after its installed and another $250.00 for the equipment and $30.00 cash for a audio cable the installer wanted ?? Later on that evening I get a call from best buy wanting to know when they can reschedule my installation? ? ? ? ? ? ? I even called back to talk to someone good luck... even went in to complain and all i got was your going to have to call ?? (Really) Maybe it's time to change where I buy .........

Thank God I bought this at Best Buy. It was impressive while it lasted, but around the 30th day the screen went blank. Had sound, but no picture. Called Best Buy and they delivered a replacement in two days. At least I didn't have to ship to a Vizio service center and wait a month to get it back. I have read that these led TVs do not last like the old tube sets and it is not just Vizio. I hope that this one lasts longer.

Entire shopping experience went well and the Products purchased met my expectations. Geek squad did a great job.

I cross shopped Sony, Samsung, and LG when looking at TVs and the excellent price point and glowing customer reviews made me choose the Vizio. The app interface is fast and easy to access. The picture is crisp, dynamic, and I've had no complaints in the 5 months I've owned it thus far.

Don't know if you really get the 4K effect with only 60 inches. Wanted the 65 but it's in the process of being upgraded when i bought the 60". HD was just fine. Feed the TV with computer stills at 4K and all was as expected... more resolution than can be seen even at very close range.

Great Tv for the price...a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be from the online pictures

Good size, great picture, good sound. Good quality. Always have had good experiences with Visio.
