great picture, what a difference

Using the remote is easy if you just want to change channels but not real intuitive if you want to do other things. The instructions are not detailed so that makes it difficult to use the tv for everything it has to offer. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.

Video quit working a month after purchase

Best Buy will only replace a part and not the whole TV so I have been currently without a working TV for over a week now. The whole experience has been less than satisfactory. I am very disappointed with the TV and Best Buy in their approach to resolving the issue.

Very Good TV for the Value

Myself and everyone who sees the picture on this 60" 4k TV thank it is unreal very glad I had to purchase this Vizio TV the only ting I regret was not buying the floor stand Klispch speakers even though the surround sound is very good also.
