Great tv for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an older model now, but Vizio really does make a great product, the P-class is a "gamers" tv, I highly recommend it

Great Price, Excellent TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldn't be happier with this TV and the picture quality. It was a big bonus that this TV was less expensive than its competitors. The included features are great and it has the best TV remote I've ever used.

GREAT picture NO bells and whistles
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's all about where you're coming from. If you're a videophile or accustomed to high end televisions, this isn't the tv for you. I have a three year old mid range LG 55 inch that I replaced yesterday with the Visio M series 60 inch. WOW - I had no idea how badly the LG picture had deteriorated! I spent a LOT of time pouring over reviews and articles prior to yesterday's purchase. Prior to the LG, I was a life long Sony snob- until my 55 inch LCD had catastrophic failure two WEEKS out of extended warranty!! I was at BB yesterday and the Visio went on a flash sale, then the salesman said since I was an elite member I had until Jan 15 to return it!! NO BRAINER!! Picture was good out of the box, setup was easy, remote is practical but basic. I hard wired the Ethernet and apps work perfectly with modem download speeds of around 25. Picture improved when I followed Cnet calibration settings. My home theatre room is tunnel shaped so can't really tell about side angle viewing. Know, however, that the picture you see on store display is 4K only. 4K blue ray players come out in December but the 4K Sony media player works ONLY with Sony tvs. I hate the soap opera effect but you can get it by increasing judder and interpolation- the Cnet review is VERY helpful. The only question remaining for me is durability and longevity- but if it lasts three years with minimal picture degradation I will consider it a great success and become a Visio fan. I brought it home, set it up myself, and calibrated easily. I didn't buy the extended warranty, but at this price point I figure what the heck. The tv sound is plenty loud with surround sound settings but low end- but I have a pretty good 4K Denton receiver. I just ran a HDMI to the tv and let it figure it out. Stay away from HDMI 5 unless you know what you're doing! HDMI 1 and 2 are best for my purposes. The durability and longevity issue? Only time will tell........

Great UHD TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We just received our new Vizio M60-C3. Basically, the M series with 32 LED zones and Ultra High Definition. What we've seen so far: Pro's: -Great colors and lighting, especially in Vivid. We've spent more time in Calibrated; the lighting looks more natural. -Upscaling is amazing. Some 1080i content comes across as clear as a movie theater. Close up scenes have an incredible amount of definition. -Motion is fantastic. The 240hz really pays off; zero delay. My son played Destiny on the PS3 and the motion is incredibly fast. -Remote control has a full keyboard on the back. Great feature, especially for logging into wifi, netflix, amazon, etc. -Netflix and Amazon Prime apps installed. Netflix 4k content is amazing; completely life like. Con's: -If the input is blurry, this TV magnifies it. Example: The news shows traffic cams or airport cams. The quality is extremely poor and then the Vizio magnifies it. However, it's quickly corrected as soon as the feed goes back to normal TV. -Speakers are flat and tinny. We did purchase an LG sound bar and that has made the experience much better. I looked at LG and Sony's that cost $800-2000 more and could not see the difference. Vizio knocked it out of the park with this one.

Terrible TV twice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On my second tv from factory. It's also messed up. Not worth the money when you have to keep replacing a tv this big plus taking time off work for someone to bring another one. This is suppose to be the "better" class of tv from this brand, what a joke. Soon I will be on my third new tv within a month, wonder what will go wrong with this one?

Nice television but..
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The television is great, but the ultra HD feature is not usable is some (my) market, because the cable company is waiting to see what the demand is. So it's sort of like a laserdisc player from the 90s.. Technology that didn't catch on.. I'm hoping that it isn't a fad and that the television gets to use its full functionality.
