Great no frills TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just what I was looking for. Easy to set up with not a lot of extra stuff that I don't intend to use. Great picture right out of the box. If you're into all the gadgets this may be too simple as it lacks a number of high tech wizards.

Fantastic!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The colors and level of detail on this TV are amazing. The intelligent upscaling of DVD's and HD TV programming to 4k is awesome. I read reviews of this TV AFTER purchasing it (silly me) and they said Vizio put all the money in this TV into picture quality and you can't find a better picture for the price. I have to agree.

Great for price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv has a great picture. Sound is only adequate. Apps dont really provide any added value. Keyboard remote doesnt play well with other devices, but its a good idea. Very happy with purchase.

Simply Amazing......
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In a world of 4k TVs that have horrible jitter and blur, this TV will amaze you! Honestly, if it doesn't then you don't know how to set the settings or you just like spending tons of cash for trashy products. I bought this guy in search for a gaming TV thinking I would have to sacrifice picture quality for performance; I could not have been more wrong. It's the only large screen that you can compare to a gaming monitor and I use a BenQ on my high end gaming PC so I have been around the block. All this talk about having to spend hours tweaking the settings is rubbish. All of these class televisions will take some work to set to your liking and I spent WAY more time setting my LG 60lm7200 and was never happy. If you want to fine turn the colors it has that capability and I will report back after I do that but honestly dose not need it unless you just like pushing it all further as I do. Only spending $1000 on it worried me but VISIO has changed me completely. I game on both Xbox One and Playstation 4 consoles and use a i5 780 gtx gaming rig on this TV. Of course the PC is way nicer but both consoles play well with it. Don't use the Clear Action but do turn on Game Low Latency. It's not Visio's fault at all but the Xbox's lower display quality will show on a 4k like this so I lean towards the Playstation more now for sure when choosing a console to match. Simply Amazing Visio! Thank you!!!

Guess it is ok for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Read some reviews on the vizioM60, CNet had a pretty good one so I bought it . Got it for a very good price at BB. Got it home and never could get the color right, but the big issue was judder and motion blur. After about two weeks of fighting with that I decided to return it. I got the Samsung SUHD8000. So for I love it. Has a great picture and no judder or motion blur. It cost a little more , but well worth it.

Real Review
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I read alot of reviews on this TV before purchasing. One thing I have a problem with reviews is that most are done within the first few days of owning the product, so you never rally know how it hold up further down the road. I specifically waited to post this review for that reason. I have now owned this TV for 3 months. First this is a really decent TV for the price. Pretty good picture, not as bright as I was hoping, but still not bad.. Sound is eh. Cant expect much with these new TVs and backward speakers. Still its bearable, but you may want a sound bar for better quality. Now the real issue. I started having issues with the sound about a month in. The volume started going down like someone was holding down the button on the remote, but the remote was on the table. After a while, it would just start working again out of the blue. Then it started cycling through the inputs like when you switch to your blue ray, or xbox, ect. Too far outside of best buy to get it replaced, so I called Vizio support. They were great but they identified this as a "serious issue," and are sending out techs. I just hope i'm not going without a TV for a month like some of the other reviews on here.

Visio fan = Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First let me say I really wanted to like this TV. This TV was replacing my 55 inch Viizio i bought 5 years ago so I was expecting a lot, Great price and I love the look. I took it home and right away I noticed that the picture quality was poor. Colors seemed off and whites seemed washed out. Even worse, as soon as you start moving towards an angle the picture quality starts fading. I'm not one to give up, so I called Vizo (little to no help), I emailed their support team expressing my troubles with the picture quality, and they sent my some settings to follow. I did, and it improved the picture very little at best. I bought a calibration DVD online, and followed all the way, and still, no luck. I'm sorry to say, this TV has poor picture quality. Colors simply look dull, and whites look washed out. My solution? I took the TV back and spent a little more and bought a samsung UN60JS7000FXZA. In the end I wish I never got rid of my old Vizio, but I'm happy with my Samsung. Bottom line, the apps this TV are great, the remote control is handy with the keyboard but the picture quality will leave you feeling cheated. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of the price, some people may feel that the price is worth the compromise in picture quality (not me).

Best 60 inch 4k tv under $1500
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a no brainer, awesome upscaling to 4k and the online apps work flawlessly. This set is replacing a 55 inch Sony 240hz LED, and this Vizio beats it in every category

Great 4K TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a lot of time reviewing TVs for my living room and was hesitant about the 4K "hoopla"... well that "hoopla" was gone when I was finally able to watch 4K content on the TV at home. Wow. Great picture and pretty good sound from stock speakers. It's got all the features you want and need at this time. Great value for the money.

Too many problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv because my boyfriend and I had been wanting a 4k television. After two days of use, the tv would go on but the screen was completely blank. I returned to the store and after testing, they duplicated the issue and gave me a new one. It has been 2 months since I received the replacement, and when turning the TV on, the volume will increase/decrease on its own. The buttons on the back are not functional. Other than these issues, the picture is amazing. Thankfully, we purchased GeekSquad protection so the issue with the volume/back buttons is being fixed next week.

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased about six weeks ago. I previously had a large box, projection TV. Love the size, clarity and colors of the new TV. It has several great features, some of them I haven't totally figured out yet. Nothing bad to say so far.

Ok TV but not overly impressed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this TV and thought it was quite easy to set up. The HDMI cable recognized my stereo and worked flawlessly with my surround sound. The remote works well to with the keyboard on the back. It makes logging into APPS and WIFI so much easier. The picture leaves a lot to be desired. Often blurry even when watching 4K Ultra HD programs on Netflix. The Ultra HD show Marco Polo would sometimes have very crisp and defined images, and then moments later blurry and pixelated backgrounds. Close up images would also lose their definition. When upscaling content it would suffer from the same negatives as above. Sometimes a great picture and then the next camera angle would go blurry. I have a very fast internet connection so that is not the issue here. Overall the TV gets high marks for ease of use and compatibility. Image quality is average. Returning my 2nd TV this month.

Nice price for this size t.v.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good image and options. Sound is not as full as older tv's that have speakers. But this seems to be the trend with flat screens now.

Ok, but not as good as I expected.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was pretty disappointed in the "smart" capabilities of this tv. There is NO browser, so that really limits what you can watch via the internet. There's a youtube app, which we've used (and has worked just fine), but I'm disappointed in the lack of browser. Also, we really liked the picture in store, but when ours arrived at our house, the quality was disappointing. Ok, but not great.

Display went out in less than 5 months.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After less than 5 months of use, the display went out. I also had problems with the buttons on the back of the TV sticking, causing volume to randomly increase, or the tv to cycle through inputs. After reading more recent reviews I see that both of these issues are being reported by others as well. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a replacement from Vizio, and it will be AT LEAST 1 more week before it arrives. My first and last Vizio product.

Good TV, but unreliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this TV. About 2 months after purchase it started to turn itself on and off, switch inputs, etc. Called vizio support and it took them nearly 3 weeks to get a repair person out to me. They replaced the power inverter and main system board. In the meantime, watching TV and gaming became EXTREMELY frustrating as I'd be watching my favorite show, or gaming with friend and BAM TV turns off. If purchasing again, I would not buy this TV. Granted, before my problems began it did have a very nice picture.
