WE had the Geek Squad install our Vizio 60" tv and it stopped working after two weeks! Vizio would not stand by their one-year warranty, stating it was not a manufacturer's error. I would advise anyone and everyone to not purchase this television....it does have a great picture, but the picture doesn't look very good after the vertical and horizontal lines appear. Say no to VIZIO!!!!

Picture is as good as reviews suggested but the speakers are pretty poor. Plan on using external speakers with this tv. Connected features are nice, a little slow to load but function normally once loaded.

I bought this tv and am on my third one and I can now say I love it!! The first one had an issue with the volume going all the way up and staying up. Called them and they sent me a brand new tv. The second one had an issue with being way to bright. Could not really tell other than when watching hockey. The ice was so bright you could not see the lines painted on the ice no matter how you changed the color setting. Again called them and they sent me a brand new tv. Have now had this one 6 months and works great. I was very happy with the costumer service!!!

It took some tweaking with the picture settings. But it's a very good picture quality and even better when you consider the price!

Has a great picture with awesome contrast. Sound is good, love the smart tv and the available apps..

I've had the TV for almost a year now. No issues whatsoever. Great quality for the money.

I bought this TV in December after reading a number of positive reviews from Best Buy, Amazon, and Cnet. After 2 weeks that TV would just kick on and off and then at times wouldn't turn on. I went back and spoke to a Best Buy sales rep that informed me that this was common. At the time I thought i would try my luck and just replace it with another one. After a few weeks I ran into the same problem again so I decided it was time for a different TV

Originally purchased the 55" version but returned it because of poor viewing angles. If you watched it from the front, the picture was great. If you watched from anywhere else, the picture becomes washed out. I purchased 60" version of the TV after reading good reviews in other places, wanting the higher frame rate, getting a good deal, and wanting a bigger picture. Ended up returning the 60" because I could not dial in a good picture. When watching a football game, the colors where off and the whites were way to bright, to the point that I had trouble reading numbers and names. I waited a week in hopes that a firmware update would fix it, but one never came. I could lower the brightness and backlight, but then the color really suffered. Also, energy cost were much higher than listed also. I believe it was $41 a year vs. the $18 advertised. Although it isn't a high cost, it is misleading.

My first Vizio TV. Purchased on 6/20. Died on 7/26. Enjoyed the TV up until this point, but such an early failure makes me quite concerned. Still in 45 day return window, but not sure if it makes sense to exchange for same model, or switch to a different brand.

Awesome TV. Clear Picture. I love that netflix is a feature, even on the remote control. Only thing that drives me crazy, is that you cannot access the internet directly from the TV & that was the mIn reason I purchased the TV.

Bought this tv, and they price matched it for $899. Love this tv, great quality for the price!

I enjoyed watching this TV for about 5 years then half the tv's screen colors faded. I continued using for several more months until that half completely died. I paid too much for it to be doing this.

Owned this tv for 3 days before half the lights went out. Never trusting Vizio again
