The TV itself is a good tv for the price. The remote and its features on the other hand is something a little more basic than expected. Instead of using the remote for smart tv access or even the settings you must use your smart phone or tablet device with the downloadable app. The remote is a basic on/off, volume and channel change device. Not practical for those that don't want to use their phone or tablet to watch tv.

My family bought this TV for my dad for Christmas. He only streams and it's a beautiful picture on a very sleek design. Easy set up and he loves being able to adjust anything from the app on his phone. I have always had nothing but good things to say about Vizio and this TV does not disappoint!

To set this up took over a hour. it has a 20 min download to update the tv. It's is a nice tv but could be more user friendly

The small remote does so little. You need to use your smartphone to get into apps, and it doesn't appear to have Netflix. I wasn't aware of how much you needed to rely on your smartphone. If Best Buy would return this without my box, I would do this immediately. Very unhappy!

I like it so far. Haven't had any issues yet, but it has had a couple of times the color has been strange when turning on.

Installs easily. Easy download to smart phone. Good price. Best buy matched lower price. Delivery was smooth,free and on time.

For the price the picture quality is superb, it is bright and very crisp. The built in Chromecast is a nice feature to have. I can stream anything to this TV. The sound is a bit weird coming from my cable box without auto leveling turned on. I recommend getting a sound bar with it.

Very convenient place to store k-cups, however, if the k-cups are permeable on the bottom, they loose the bold flavor of flavored coffees. I really like flavored coffee, so this is a downfall for me. But I do like the convenience of the location under my toaster for placement of the container. Solid

The clarity was great. I actually returned the TV, though. Only to get the 70" version! So I was pleased!

Originally returned because we decided to get a slightly smaller tv than a 60" and we were concerned about the quality. Learned that this "TV" is essentially just a big monitor. Vizio gutted their TVs about a year ago, essentially making it a requirement to telecast your content from another device. No thank you - if I wanted a computer monitor I'd buy that instead.

Having a mobile device to change settings is a little aggravating especially when the ap keeps locking up.

tv has awesome interface and any youtube videos look awesome hd and 0 lag. but image is a ltl flat .

Purchased the VIZIO as a replacement for a previous TV which was inoperable. The VIZIO was easy to install in the wall mount and easy to connect and set up. Very pleased with the quality of the picture and feel it is a great value for the price.

This model is the lowest of the Vizio series; however, I didn't expect the quality to be very poor to the point where the visuals looked blury and pixelated. If I could return the item, I would choose a P or M series. The size of the screen is great, but the overall product isn't that great.

Samsung is definitely my favorite TV brand but this TV is great and gets the job done

After we got the TV we got a sound bar. Sound wasn't bad, we just like to go up louder for music. I also suggest getting a cheap tablet (we bought a $25 one at Walmart) to put the smart apps on. It works great and the TV has a fantastic video.

So not only was the menu system cumbersome, the remote useless, it had a strong dependency on having a smart phone or tablet to control it, and needed constant updating, the connections on the set didn't work. My father had a Vizio HD set for years so I figured this should give me the same reliability but nope. Vizio customer service was great, I figured if it was something simple I could do maybe I missed something to make my experience better. The customer service was great though, the rep wanted to fix the set or exchange it by sending a tech or a new set to my house. Since it was new and needed a repair or exchange I opted to exchange it to not go through the same ordeal for a different brand. It's a shame since it really looked good in the store.

The Vizio 60" 4k TV has a beautiful display. Plus many beneficial features including streaming for media like Netflix and you can download their app to use your mobile device as a remote. And couldn't best Best Buys price for this tv!
