Can't update
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never had an issue with Visio before but this tv every time I try to update it it stops at 20 and says it can't continue because of an error. I couldn't used the hdmi port 1 and port 2-5 had no sound. HDR feature wasn't available. And the tablet is annoying to use. I'm most likely not buying a Vizio product ever again.

You get what you pay for

Now, at less than 3 years after purchase, the lower right quadrant has gone gray/dim and because Vizio uses parts from a myriad of vendors, it would be nearly impossible to fix ourselves and not worth the money to pay someone else.

Defective after 4 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The DIM-board on my M65 went bad after just 4 months of use (the bottom right quadrant of the TV (25% of the screen) remained in the most dim setting possible; Geek Squad came out and simply said it's easier to exchange the TV for something else rather than attempt to order the part). I ended up returning this and got a P-series (P65-C1) and was much happier with that TV.
