Still Not Sure About This TV...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We exchanged a 65" Samsung Curve for this TV - and the picture doesn't seem to be nearly as good as the Samsung. But there are so many picture controls, we're not sure if we've found the right setting yet as we've only had the TV for about four days. The picture seems to be washed out and it took quite some time for us to get the caucasian faces to have a good color. We did some research on the Internet for people who have this TV and have figured out the right picture settings, but every environment (light vs. dark rooms, etc.) is different and none of them really suited ours. We're still working on getting the settings right and hopefully the picture will get better. This one might still be going back to Best Buy.

We love our Vizio - M-Series - 65 Class (65 Diag.)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We decided to go with an LED tv after deciding to switch from the plasma that began to deteriorate after only 3 years. We happened upon this Vizio and it fit our requirements and budget. The picture is much brighter than the darkness of the plasma. We love watching movies, sports and are quite pleased with the quality of the resolution of the Vizio M-Series tv.

Great Picture but Defective TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the 65" version of this 4K T.V. I went through 3 different units and each one had weird dirt looking specks under various parts of the screen. Another customer on here mentioned this as well. I brushed it off as a random thing and ordered it anyways. Needless to say Vizio must have had a bad batch of the 65" come out of the factory. I am not going to try a 4th unit and just returned the item for a Sony instead. I also had issues with the remotes being unresponsive or delayed on all 3 units. Thought it might have been the batteries but even the Geek Squad Tech said it was defective. On the plus side. This television has a great picture. Good luck getting a unit without the specks. Might want to wait a few months for the current batch to go out of circulation or all be returned.

Great Smart TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love our new 65" Vizio Smart TV! It's sleek and the picture is very clear, but we don't have the option to get on the internet with the Vizio (that's the only downfall). Otherwise, definitely worth the purchase!

It's only two weeks old and is broken
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our new TV was delivered September 29 and worked perfectly for about a week and a half. After that, the picture started jumping up and down or back and forth. We can no longer watch our new Visio TV and it is only 2 weeks old. We purchased Best Buy & Geek Squad Protection, but they cannot do anything until Monday so we have a 4 day wait with a brand new 65" TV that does not work. We haven't even received our bill yet and the TV is broken. I'm hoping there is a Best Buy manager out there somewhere who will help us with this.

We could have saved with the ""eSeries" , but the 4k may come in handy is the next few years. Great size, and woooo what a picture!! The World Series is playing in my living room!

Delighted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After my Panasonic plasma died after only 6 years I needed a new tv. Went in to buy this one but the sales people kept recommending the Sony and Samsung. Ended getting a Sony and was completely disappointed with a light bleed issue with the model. Brought it back got zero hassle from Bestbuy thank you and picked up this Vizio. Much happier. Easier to calibrate no light bleed and I saved $500. Thank you Vizio for concentrating on quality picture for a reasonable price.

Awesome TV!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like all big purchases that I make, I did lots of research on this TV and a couple of others in the same price range. I found that this vizio offered many things that the TV's in the $3,000 price range offered. This is our second Vizio, and so far we're not disappointed. The picture is amazing. The sound like all flat screens is bad, but can easily be corrected with a sound bar. I went with a Sonos sound bar on that if anyone is interested.

Vizio 65" m-series=amazing*
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My purchase of the Vizio 65" m-series tv was all around spectacular! The salesmen at Best Buy were extremely helpful in choosing the right tv for me. Once I got the tv home, I powered it up and it looked beautiful! The tv, has a beautiful design along with amazing picture, sound, and all around quality. I highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for a highly capable tv without breaking the bank with some of the others!

ok not great.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received the delivery a week ago so far the tv is worth the money, the dispointment is Best buy didn't had a remote at the germantown store to show how the tv works.Checked with the employees and they couldnt find one and took a gamble. If you are willing to spend a bit more money need to look for sony or samsung.Picture is ok but speakers are really bad.

Cheap TV, Quality Poor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too much pixilation in dark areas of program content on the screen. Left side of screen, 2" wide vertically, out of focus and wavy. Watching black and white movies, too much pixilation in the darker areas, changing contrast helped, but did not fix the problem. Black and white programs were not as well focused as color. Made many adjustments and refinements, to no avail. Reset to factory defaults, then used better HDMI cables. Some improvement. Then installed AudioQuest Vodka HDMI cables, and had a major improvement, however, the pixilation never truly went away. The problem is in the TV unit itself. Vizio uses boards and components from Sharp and other manufacturers. Returned it to Best Buy with no hassle, and prompt refund to my credit card. 5 Stars for their return policy. I went back to my old DLP. For those who can afford the cost of a Sony TV, the XBR-65X850C, is a far better TV and does not have the problems of this Vizio. You do get what you pay for.

4K Ultra HD TV - Black
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing to say bad about. Everything to say good about. HD looks fantastic. Regular channels look great, too! Just a bit of fine tuning and boom. I have not observed any of that "Soap Opera" effect. Not even during fast action scenes such as football, etc.

looked good when it worked
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the tv on a Saturday. Hooked up everything and got it going. The picture looked really good compared to the Samsung LCD 1080p we had so no complaints there. Monday morning I turned it on and watched tv and then took a shower. I came back to turn it on and nothing. I tried all the resets power cycle etc and nothing. I had to take it back to the store. They of course did not have th model and they wouldn't give me any discounts on one's in stock. So the hour I spent hooking it up, the hour to disconnect and rebox, then loading it up into the back of my truck was all just excersice for me. I'm pretty disappointed in this with Best Buy. I just got my refund and will be out looking at another local store for my tv purchase.

Great TV before the backlight died
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked the picture quality of the M65-C1 at my local Best Buy but all the sales guys who walked by me told me to run from it. I probably should have listened. Within a few days of owning this TV, I noticed yellow "banding" of the bottom of the screen. It was minor and only noticeable with a bright white scene so I was willing to over look it but unfortunately, my issues didn't stop there. Last night we were watching a football game and we noticed a big rectangular dark spot appear in the middle of the screen. I made sure that the local dimming feature was off and I toggled the TV off and on again but the problem persisted. We've only had the TV for 2 days when the issues started. There's a good chance I just got a dud but I would not waste my money again on this particular TV.

Great color
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first venture into the "Big" TV arena. I like fact that it uses less power than my last tv. The colors are sharp and clear. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Glad I made the leap.
