The overall picture quality, clarity and color were disappointing out of the box and we could not find an easy way to manage these functions in the TV itself. The mobile app worked satisfactorily and we tried it to control the picture quality but after two weeks we still did not have the picture quality and clarity we've seen in other televisions. We returned the unit to the store, and purchased another brand. The overalll controls and functions were just fine; as with all such units the remotes are rudimentary and it's a pain to try to click on letters and numbers using an onscreen keyboard and arrows on the remote. The physical unit was okay, but we didn't like the four legs spread apart at the oppposite ends of the screen. the TV would have fit on our TV stand much better if it had a center stand, or if the legs were closer to the center of the unit. I've had other Visio televisions and this is the first one that disappointed me.

Now that I've gotten used to how everything works, I absolutely love it. It's so quick and easy. I'm a big fan of the little remote and having all the advanced settings accessible through the app. As infrequently as those settings are accessed, it's nice not to have a huge, clunky remote just taking up space.

The apps were very limited and didn’t include amazon prime video etc. However they have since updated it and sent a replacement remote so streaming apps could be accessed directly from the TV.
