They were very helpful in giving me the info I needed to make the sale. I asked if they had a blue ray player specific for my tv and they got me one up front and I bought that one to. I spent less than I thought I would thank you bestbuy.

I know Best Buy has nothing to do with the instruction booklet, but it was such fine print we couldn't read it. We did find it on the internet but not everyone has internet.

Great Television
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just upgraded to this TV from an old 50" rear projection TV and it's my first LED so I am totally satisfied and have had no issues with the TV except for having to upgrade my surround sound theater and DVD player as well since all connections now are HDMI. Price vs performance is excellent on this unit.

But be aware that it doesn't have a tv tunner built it, not a problem for me because I haven't used a tunner in over 13 years due to using a cable box. Having a issue updating the tv firmware

Good quality picture and good size

We would have gotten another 70" but the price was outrageous so we bought the 65". We are hoping this Vizio will last longer than the last one (five years).

Nice TV

Should have apps installed

Great but app doesn't work effectively

Very economical smart TV with all the perks

The installation went on without a hitch and the Geek Squad employees stayed there until they were certain that I understood how to use the TV.

Great Video Experience

However in retrospect we rarely ever used the tuners in the last 3 big screen TV's since we either had sat service or over the air DVR's from Channel Master.

Great tv.....for 31 days

We eventually decided on this 65 inch Vizio. Once we took it home and connected all of our electronics we were very happy with our purchase. The picture was great, even though we didn't have the 4k equipment from Directv(which wasn't worth the investment for 4 channels). However, after exactly 31 days the television no longer turns on, neither with the manual push buttons on the back of the set or the smartcast app or the physical remote. We contacted Best Buy to figure out what we needed to do and we were rudely transferred to a call center where English is not their first language. After 20 minutes on a barely intelligible call we were rudely told it was not their problem and to contact Vizio. This is just the beginning of the nightmare. We have been waiting almost 7 days for a service tech from Vizio to just call and schedule a repair. So long story short, it was a great tv, now it's just a 65 inch paperweight.

Great value 4K

The 65" is large enough for most conference rooms and allows you to display any computer screen well. Fantastic buy.

Excellent TV View, Remote by Phone

Don't like the fact that I have to operate Netflix, and the likes, from my cell phone. Otherwise, love it!!!
