    no tv tuner..tells you to buy separately...but WHERE? can't locate one!The remote that comes with tv s a complete "JOKE"! Vizio should apologize to everyone that bought this model.Have tried for two days to link my cell phone to tv to act as a remote device...NO DARN LUCK AT ALL.have tried to contact Vizio...no luck there either! can't adjust anything about picture settings with supplied remote...speakers on tv are almost useless!have to max out volume to just hear at normal room level! not sure if I got a bad tv or if this is normal for this model?

    We were looking to upgrade our current 50" plasma for a larger tv, we seen this and thought it would be a great deal. We really wanted a smart tv for Netflix purposes, we bought this tv and took it home and we did not like the Vizio cast, not user friendly at all. We wanted something where the apps popped up on the tv, this was not that. We spent 2 days trying to figure it out and like it, but we decided to return the tv and get the LG 65" tv instead. The apps are built right in on the LG and we have been really pleased with our decision to return this one.

    Haven't had this TV a full 3 years and there's a black horizontal line going across it. Make sure you don't let the extended warranty expire because something WILL happen to your device and the actual company will tell you the only thing you can do is replace it, like Vizio told me. Things definitely don't last a long time like they used to. They rather you buy new every couple of years. Highly disappointed and glad I waited to do the review...

    Tv has decent picture, not as good as other 4k TV's with HDR. Vizio needs to start adding apps back to the tv, streaming everything from your phone is not always convenient.

    If you are looking for a 65 inch tv on a budget this tv is a good deal. If you are very computer savvy and looking for all the bells and whistles, I would look elsewhere.

    If you're looking for a 4K tv spend the extra money on a higher series with Vizio or go with Sony or Samsung. My LG LED picture is better than this tv.

      Thank you for your feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you saw in the store. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. VIZIO
