    Only thing I don't like is that there is no menu for TV and you must use a smartphone or table to get into the settings for adjusting things like picture and sound ect.

    Terrible

    We initially got this tv because it was on sale and the $779 price tag attracted us for both the size and type of tv. When we got home, we then realized that it was damaged out of the box - it happens, not that big of a deal, just go back to the store to get an exchange. Cool. We get home with our exchanged tv, mount it up and begin the set up process. 1. It could not detect my phone through bluetooth 2. While attempting to set up using the SmartCast app through wifi, it could not detect my connection until I set my phone directly next to my router. Once we got it all set up, I got excited because we could *finally* enjoy our tv. Nope. The sound didn't work. I checked to make sure my HDMI cord was fine, which it was since I obviously got picture. Switched to input HDMI2 and cut the xbox on to see if it was a faulty HDMI port - nope. Absolutely no sound. Another trip to Best Buy - to top it off my HDMI cord was stuck and would not come out. Beyond frustrated, I didn't care and just took it back that way. I didn't want another exchange out of fear that we'll have yet another issue - to top it all off, when customer service was checking the product, the tv wouldn't cut on at all! They used 2 differenct power cords and none of them worked. Good riddance. We ended up with a Sony - paid more than we wanted but better quality than this product. Buyer: beware!

    Turned Blue

    TV was great at first. Basically a monitor but that's all I needed. Unfortunately after about 14 months - conveniently after the 1 year warranty - the TV started developing blue spots. Now the whole screen is blue and tech support just recommends buying a new TV. I will, but not a Vizio.

    Picture Quality

    I've had a Samsung 55 LED that is 5 years old and this picture is lacking comparatively. It looks like we are viewing the pic through a fog... it seems really hazy. Not sure that we will keep it...

      Thank you for your feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you saw in the store. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. VIZIO

    It's hard to get iPhone paired, and have not apps direct install, with make more hard for smart enjoy different than the others tv were u can have all apps on screen that's not

    Dumb move Vizio

    What kind of tv doesn't come with a controller?! At least one that actually does something? I'm a techy person and even I had trouble just figuring out how to connect to Netflix. Why complicate things? If you want to have to mess with your phone every time you do something and have trouble setting anything up then go for it but if you want a tv that is really smart STAY AWAY!!

    Screen went bad on day 1.

    What a hassle. TV was set up and running. Turned it on late that day and half the picture was out. I've been a Visio fan for years but after buying it,, hauling it home, unboxing the beast, setting it up and wiring it all in, it was really sickening to reverse the whole process and start again with another TV.

    I now have a 75lb paper weight. Vizio customer service is beyond lousy. Spent 2,000 for a TV that lasted barely over a year.
