    I originally bought another 65 inch 3 days before I ran across this one by itself for sale on the floor, open box. It was a good deal for HDR Plus and I specifically wanted 120hz. I would've given more stars but I only turned the TV on for 10 minutes to test it out because there was a line across the screen. So I brought it back to Geek Squad and they apologized and said normally they're on top of inspecting the product before reselling. 2 weeks later got a call saying there's no more parts for the TV since it was discontinued so I would get store credit. Not Best Buy's fault there's no parts, but it is their fault for selling a TV with defects. Im sure the TV would've been wonderful and gotten 5 stars from me.
