Customers are saying

Customers regard the 65" Class LED M-Series 4K Smart Home Theater Display with HDR as a great purchase for its picture quality, price, and large screen. They appreciate the clear and rich colors, making it suitable for gaming as well. However, some customers have concerns about the limited number of HDMI ports and the subpar local dimming feature.

My wife bought this for our bedroom, my 47" vizio died after 10 years, I have it connected on wifi, no problems with signal loss and 4k looks great. Xbox one S gaming is very good, cod, black ops, shadow of mordor, and gta v online look very good.

Picture quality not meeting expectations. Fair at best. Had been a loyal Samsung user and switched to this Visio upon recommendation of Best Buy associate. Purchased quality HDMI cables. Called cable provider to see if issue with signal. All signs pointing to an under-performing TV. Very disappointed.

I purchased this, along with the Vizio SB3651-E6 Soundbar system. Got it home and got everything set up (after it taking 30 minutes to do a system update before you could even use the TV). Tried watching a few Dolby HDR shows on Netflix only to find that the TV did not want to work with HDR content, it would just display inverted pixels and made the shows unwatchable. Called Vizios "American" tech support, only for him to try and tell me that my internet speeds were too slow (I have 200Gb/s plan with no issues on any other devices in my home) and that there was nothing else he could do. I also had issues with the TV defaulting back to the TV sound instead of the soundbar without even touching a button. Ended up just returning both and going with Sony 65" for an extra $200, I guess you get what you pay for.

Can’t go wrong with the m-series. If you are looking for a big tv and want the most for your money I would highly recommend going with this Vizio. I have always bought Samsung but didn’t want to spend that kind of money this time around and I must say I am more than happy with this purchase!!

So I was trying to buy a cheaper tv for the bedroom coming from a LG Oled that I have in the bedroom. I read the reviews and sa it at the store. Seem ok enough, but when I got it, omg! Picture quality when not on store mode is terrible! Almost like SD instead of HD! Even using its apps felt like an older tv, instead of a new 4K hdr. Now sound: it’s the worse I’ve heard in a tv. It sounds like a cheap pc monitor I bought from dell for $100. It’s the worse! If you buy this, you’ll need a sound bar for sure. I returned the tv and spent $400 more for the Samsung UN65MU8000 that luckily got on sale the week after, and it’s 20 times better than this Vizio. It’s better on image quality (including blacks close to the lg oled), software, it has a tv tuner and the sound it’s awesome compared to this Vizio!

Pretty dang good but not great. Only 32 dimming zones can be noticed from time to time but not bad. I really wish there were at least 64. HDR is good but there still isn't enough content out there. A good, solid value for sure.

Love the TV. Problem is it is upstairs and the router is downstairs due to the majority of internet usage taking place down there. We have extenders upstairs and the connection seems to be great for all devices but this tv. When the connection is solid, the experience is fantastic though.

While I love the size and value, I am not as impressed with the overall picture. I have tried every setting, and I still haven't been able to get as clear of a picture as I would like to see. I will continue to play with the settings to get a better picture.

This Vizio TV is very good value for a 65 inch model. I checked other makes but they were more costly than the Vizio. I have previously owned a Vizio TV that has given very good service over the years so I was satisfied that the new TV would be reliable.

We had a problem with the first one we bought and were ecstatic that Best Buy made it easy to return and get a replacement at no cost since it was within a couple weeks of purchase. Love the new television!!! Very happy we purchased this brand.

Great TV as long as you don't want built in apps or a TV tuner. I don't like the Chrome Cast vs. built in apps. However I have an Apple TV and Blu-ray with apps so it doesn't matter to me. I use a DirecTV box so I don't need a built in tuner.

I just started buying TVs but I know this is a good one. However this tv has so many updates that inhibit its user-friendly interface and accessibility. It tends to not connect to my wifi.

I researched a couple of tv's and for what I was looking for (sports and movies) this tv is great. Only negative I don't like the app you need for Netflix. like the easy button on the menu to connect

This is the best TV i have ever owned, i had spent two years researching TV's and was waiting for the 2018 Vizio to come out as they put the apps back on the tv itself and it was worth the wait.

Best bang for your buck of all TVs out there. This one is in my basement, already have the same one in my living room and love it! Glad they got rid of the tablet remote!!

Bought on sale for $1000, well worth the money. The Vizio cast is a little spotty from phone to tv however I believe it is WiFi related and not due to the tv itself.

Thus far my television has been an amazing quality, sometimes I find the changes from Netflix to cable and the sound bar a task however it was a great investment!!
