The pro's to the tv is that the hdr on this looks quite good. I bought for $899 during the Super Bowl sale and it looked quite good on that. However, I have had multiple issues surface with the tv in the last few months. I think the DSE has gotten considerably worse, to the point where if you have any panning over a green object you get the constant dirty effect all over the screen. Also, the internet connection on the device no longer works. I've rebooted the tv several times but it still doesn't work. I bought a separate Roku device, but don't think this is something that I should have had to do. I wish I had spent a little more money and gone with a refurbished Sony.

Love the size and picture quality of this TV. Contains more streaming apps than I will need.

Got this after I got a new Xbox for Christmas. Picture is amazing for the Xbox graphics.

This TV was a bit disappointing from the outset in terms of picture quality and I didn't feel the leap was that significant from my existing TV. However it was acceptable, and I still felt it was a good value for the money, and I liked the 65" size versus the current "55 I have. The options for streaming are very good, and easily setup, and you have plenty of custom options with their homepage. The remote is very cheap, with the battery cover popping off constantly, and after a few months you had to hold the buttons down hard and stand closer to the TV (defeating the purpose of the remote). It was better to use the control from our streaming device. Also expect that your TV will come on at random times, often in the middle of the night which can be a little unsettling! More on the "power issue" in a second. Sadly, the TV didn't last long enough to justify the purchase, as it crapped out at 15 months, and sometimes I guess you get what you pay for. Just after the warranty expired, it started having issues and would only power up sporadically (or randomly on its own). Then a couple of months later it stopped working entirely. The power light comes on, but no picture. I will fully admit that I had the opportunity to buy the extended warranty but passed on it. I didn't feel that $125 dollars was worth it for the extra year, as my past Vizio's are still going strong, but apparently Vizio quality has declined from my past experience, and it appears when you buy junk you should insure it. Vizio support is not much help once you're out of warranty. They will do a basic "turn it off and back on" walk-thru and they said I have to take it in for repair without offering any guidance to me on authorized repair centers in my area. This surprised me, as other companies have been a little more supportive of their products after warranty in terms of helping you with information, and making sure you're getting someone who is recommended by the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend looking at other brands before purchasing this product, or getting the extended warranty.

Great TV for the price. As newer models are released, there is always a good window for deals.

This thing is amazing. 4k hdr content looks great. It's hard going back to non hdr content.
