    Bought this TV less then a month and its defective. The screen keeps gong black and shutting off. The apps and remote does not work. Awfully made and POOR QUALITY

    Have had to contact Vizio tech support 4 times in last 2 weeks due to audio delay. Tech support indicated it was a known issue with this particular model. Vizio is a good brand, think it’s just this model that’s a lemon

    I think I got a bad one. The user interface stopped working after 3 weeks. Still powers on, but won’t navigate to any apps or hdmi inputs. The return policy window expired the day it stopped working, so I’ll have to try to get refunded by Vizio or American Express tech warranty...

    Unfortunately i had to travel just before getting my TV, when i got back and install it the tv was not working. There is 15 days return policy so i could not even return it because i traveled for the last 3 weeks. Next time i will buy the Tv with costco.

    Horrible picture quality. It has dark spots and now a line down the middle and it’s only a little over a year old. Also, the Vizio apps haven’t worked since day one. It’s a piece of garbage and of course the warranty is only one year.

    Does not play apps, freezes, plays black screen no sound frequently in all apps, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon etc. Would not buy this tv again, especially online with no idea how to return or get service on it!

    Bought this tv after thanksgiving stop working after 3 weeks, the screen went blank I can hear talking but no picture after that it start showing white lines. I call they send me another .

    The first one had a crackedscreen, Best Buy was great and picked it up and sent a replacement. Unfortunately it too had a cracked screen. They picked it and this time I ordered an LG which arrived in working. This may be a good TV but I will never know.

    Literally a headache, constantly having issues with connecting to the internet; or movies pausing mid stream, freezing. We have to restart our TV at least 5 times a day! Not to mention the app selection sucks!

    We bought this tv Nov 29th and here it is Early April and the tv already stopped working. It has lines across the TV and doesn’t work anymore. To late to return it and I’m beyond upset because I spent over 500 on this TV.

    The picture quality was very poor. Colors were off and faded. Most of the pre-loaded apps/channels were obscure and unable to add my own apps/channels. I returned this tv. I would not recommend buying it.

    It Broke after 8 months. Sound issues. It takes too much load the apps even when LAN cable is connected. Not recommended. Sony is more expensive but it's better quality 100 times more.

    I have Xfinity cable and the tv isn't that compatible with it. I've had annoying issues with controlling the sound with the Xfinity remote.
