However within two days of purchase we started to notice things going wrong with the tv, the volume button on the remote does not work very well at all. There seems to be some sort of horrible latency between the tv and the remote. Sometimes while im watching Netflix through the tv. It decides i no longer want to watch this and removes Turns Netflix off and goes straight to the Home Screen. My best buy representative was very helpful and was amazing.

At times the screen is blurry and the color is not as bright. I’ve made adjustments with no change to the clarity. Also, the speakers are behind the tv which makes it more difficult to hear. I’d return the item but it would be a hassle.

At VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.
