Remote doesn't work, picture quality not clear

We have to press the buttons many times and nothing happens, Sometimes goes very fast sometimes nothing happens. TV glitches also. Picture quality is also very poor and not looking like a UHD display because faces are not clear nor colors are vibrant. The colors on this TV make all the faces look super red in color. What should I do I don't know. It's been just a couple of days since I had this TV.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.
