    Great TV only 3 HDMI ports and my Alexa Fire Cube doesn't recognize any of em. I love the TV, though and found a way around the problem, but what a pain in the *** to get there.

    Very happy with the tv so far. Love vizio because they have Chromecast built in. This was my deciding factor over other brands. Got it open box and am very happy.

    Great product for the sale price which was less than 600$ Curbside service was quick even though it was black friday, long line in cars and customer line. Probably not as good as the more expensive products but the fact I could acess other streaming service was a good buy.

    We've only had this tv less than a month, but so far it has been great! Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it was $50 less the next week...

    Good tv for the price. The preset color tone of warm makes everything look off and it definitely needs calibration to get a good picture imo.

    This is the most frustrating TV I have ever owned. I've owned a few Vizios over the years, and have been generally happy. Not only is this listing completely misleading, but the box is as well. The item clearly states that it has full array backlighting. The item is a cheap holiday version of the model and does not have a full array. Second is functionality. I don't think I can ever leave the house and feel comfortable having my family use this TV on their own. The eARC is extremely spotty. About 3x a week I have to resync the soundbar as they start the TV without sound. And then the input switching is absolutely awful. I use a Logitech system, and the TV simply does not respond. The controller, even with new batteries, sometimes does not work. Menu... Input... Nothing. I have to unplug the TV and reset it to get it to work again. The firmware is completely up to date. If I'm not home, my family won't be able to watch anything. It took a long time to convince my wife to get a new TV, but now I'm regretting it as I won't be able to buy a new one for years. I'm stuck with this.

    I received everything I ordered on time and the installation happened on the day scheduled. The Geek Squad team were timely and courteous. Everything went smoothly. Very happy with everything overall and glad I went with Best Buy.

    Amazing television! This is my second Vizio television, and it exceeded my expectations. The initial setup once turned on was a little annoying but overall an excellent television.

    So far the remote lags even after resetting it. The tv fuzz’s out at least once a day even after a hard reset. And we can’t get the screen clean or to stay clean. But it is way to big and attached to wall to return so we’ve only had 3 weeks and have issues. But Best Buy curbside service was nice and prompt!
