I am not sure if this tv or just ours in particular has issues, but our remote control doesn't work properly. We have to press the buttons many times and nothing happens, other times turning the volume up, is just doing something else than what is suppose to. the tv turns on, on its own; there are weird white stains on the screen... will return it!

I had high hopes for this tv because I had vizios in the past and I really liked them. This tv had a terrible picture quality unless you were playing 4K or uhd content. The remote control barely functioned and was have a lot of trouble completing the tasks that a remote should do. Overall was very disappointed in this tv

I have had two of these TV’s in the last month. I could see verticals lines running through the background when it was on a light colored background. Most noticeable during football. When the lines aren’t visible, the TV is mostly great (a little slow in responsiveness). I will be returning the TV for a different one

TV was damaged. Screen has faint lines sometimes noticeably bad. Already mounted and had for a few weeks before I noticed, as this is a TV mostly used by my children. I have loved my previous 2 vizios, not happy with this purchase. Have not reached out to best buy or vizio as of yet for assistance, as I doubt they would do much of anything to correct the issue. Disappointing for sure.

This TV should have its own page separate from the other sizes of this same model. It is a special ‘Black Friday’ version of the M-Series that has fewer HDMI ports and is missing key video features that are on the 65” model. This is not a terrible TV it is just the same as the standard M-Series if that is what you are looking for.

I love Vizio; however, the picture quality wasn’t that great. Its good if you are watching something in HD, but if you are watching tv that is in 1080, then the picture quality is terrible. This tv would be good in a smaller size, so that the pixels don’t look bad when the quality of the content isn’t in HD.

Hello Turbo, at VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. You can also get an idea of the full picture capabilities by going in to the YouTube app and searching "4K HDR". There you will see lots of videos that will show of the full capabilities of your picture with a good internet connection. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087. VIZIO

This was my first Vizio, and my last! What a piece of garbage! The "Lag" on this TV is horrible, if you plan on using the apps that are loaded on this TV be prepared to wait....a LONG time!!! Its not impressive at all!! I tried to "cast" HBO MAX to it (because you can't download the app) and it recognized the app, and the title would show up, but it NEVER played, not even 1 time! The colors on this TV make all the faces look like they have on orange makeup! I feel sorry for any sap that gets this TV and keeps it! I'm exchanging this TV for the 70 inch Samsung 7 series....I recently got a Samsung 65 inch 6 series and love it! I can't believe I let a Best Buy sales associate talk me into this Vizio Junk! If I could give this negative stars I would!

Good price for a large TV if you don't mind OK screen quality. Wasn't the best picture for games or cable. But it was a 70" tv for $600. Guess you can't be too picky. Returned it for a higher quality 65" Samsung.

We had an issue with this specific tv. There were times when it rendered itself as useless. We would click a button the remote and the tv would not respond, so we had to pull the power cord and it would work after that.
