Not even one-year-old and Sooo many times I had to turn it off to reset to make work. It freezes every week and sometimes the sound is behind the real picture time! Turn off and reset AGAIN and AGAIN...Everything takes a long time to go and ALWAYS Default to their free advertisement !!! The picture quality is very good BUT IT IS NOT SMART....I did not want to be saying this but I'm very disappointed with this TV.

I’m an average TV watcher; not a lot of movies or otter things as such. Mostly news and westerns, so this TV is fine for me. This is my second Vizio and I would recommend anybody thinking about buying it to pull the trigger!

Does what I want it to and I knew what I was getting. Based on what it is and price range I think it’s 5 stars. Vizio is an underrated brand. I only buy Vizio and that will not change.

This TV, I was told by a best buy employee, has the "MQ" panel. The only downside is the lack of that crucial extra HDMI port, with this TV having the standard 3. (We all want at least 4!!!) Its quite heavy, compared to a 70" V series anyhow.

Came across this tv and thought it was a great deal and it was. Nice, bright, and colors are vibrant. Played with the settings and calibration and now it's better than before.

This is essentially a V-series TV with some marketing lingo and a few small changes to make it a "m-series" TV. It was specifically made for Black Friday and does not have all of the benefits of other M-series TVs. My TV has backlight bleed issues. If it didn't have the backlight problem the picture would look pretty good, except that the local zone dimming function is severely restricted by only having something like 6 zones. Nothing like a true M-series TV. I keep local dimming off since it looks so bad. Also, it suffers from a major flaw: the optical audio output from the TV has an obnoxious auto-gate issue that Vizio knows about but will not fix. The issue is documented on reddit by other users. You will not want to run audio out from the TV to your audio receiver or soundbar. It will cut out during quite moments and delays a half second when going from moments of no sound to moments of sound. It's very frustrating to experience and has no firmware fix as of October 2021. Finally, the SmartCast function routinely crashes, which takes away the convenience of casting from my phone. My older Vizio E-series, which sometimes has spotty SmartCast functionality, shines in comparison. I have the latest mesh wi-fi system and half a gig of internet in my home - that's not an issue and other devices work great on my network. It's Vizio's product that's the problem. Avoid this TV and go with a Hisense or TCL if you're in the budget-TV territory.

Only thing I’m having a problem with is when my internet goes out the tv shuts off which it’s probably a setting i haven’t figured out yet!
