    I did not have a good experience with the set up. The entire system took 5 trips to my house to get all set up correctly. I was not happy with this service. Had to speak to several managers to finally get things done. There is still one thing pending to be done.

    Had a lot of problems at the North store purchasing a flat screen wall mount and fix my tv. The south store was more helpful in this issue than the north store.

    Got help with configuring the HomePod with our wifi and iPhone, etc. It was not straightforward. The Geek Squad had to work hard to make it work. And we still had no music on the HomePod. We had to do that later on our own.
