    Webroot on my personal computer

    My android phone is an LG 4 and cricket is the provider. I was told by the Geek suuad that they can debug my phone the same way they installed and ran the Webroot on my PC laptop. When I went in for my appointment I was told they could not help me. There is a virus on my phone and it is tied into my computer. I was told over the phone they could use Webroot on my phone also. I am still in need of help.

    Terrible! The agent would not touch my Meross Alexa system, nor will they activate the wi-fi to the Honeywell thermostat I purchased from Best Buy, nor will they fix my Harmony remote and pair it to all the correct named device. My ring doorbell they installed has not worked for over 6 weeks. COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE after I spent more than $4,000 with them in the last 90 days

    Just by stuff that you can install yourself

    It seems like Geek Squad installation just got lazy or in a hurry or they just don't know what they're doing if you order Geek Squad you're in a whole lot of trouble if you get something from Best Buy you should just get something you could install yourself

    I cancelled my service because on the day of my appointment, the tech was a no show. I had to call them an hour later to find out about the cancellation. No one called to notify. I took a day off for this appointment and it was canceled

    COULD'NT TELL ME HOW THESE SPEAKERS WORKED ON TV. SPEAKERS WOULD'NT WORK AFTER ONE DAY. DONT KNOW WHY THEY STOPPED WORKING I DONT KNOW. HAD TO CALL HIM BACK.THIS TIME I WATCHED WHAT HE DID. WOULD'NT WANT HIM BACK AGAIN.BAD EXPERIECE WITH THIS GUY.

    The "fix" lasted less than 24 hours. When I adjusted the volume the unit returned to the problem it had when the repairman arrived. Still like that, too. Frustrated? You bet I am.

    today is June 12 th still don't have it they say they will install it July 9 th is this right? I AM 85 YRS OLD. no tv quarintenad for two months

    The Agent had done this same job before,(connected Plugs and wall switches to Alexa app). This time He wasn't able to connect any one of My devices to the Alexa app. He tried for a while , but to no avail. He was on time and very courteous , but that didn't matter, because He had to leave for another job. Jose USNC

    They installed Alexa in my living room, and office. Did a great job. Any time Geek Squad has ever been here I have Lauren very happy with their service.
