I like everything on this phone EXCEPT, the LED display is way too small. Hard to read the words, numbers on the small screen. If I had noticed that in store would not have bought it.

This is a very basic phone but meets my needs. Good sound quality. Easy to program. Works with voicemail and callerID. Battery life is just okay.

I always have a profound appreciation of technology when it is unnecessary to open a manual to operate. This is definitely the case with these Vtech phones, if you aren't interested in advanced functions. The biggest drawback is that the printing and illumination on the caller ID screen. Information is so small, and illegible you really have to work to be able to use the feature...which includes being able to read the icon for the battery to know if it is fully charged or not. Beyond that, I am happy with it. Reception and clarity are strong.

Phone works perfectly. Holds a charge for a long time, never had it die on me. Clear reception/ The only minus is: No answering machine.

Works good and was easy to program. It was similar to my old phones so it is easy to use. Was a very good buy & low price.

Good for the money. Has decent range, speaker phone, mute and large buttons and very good battery life. That's really all I care about.

Just remodeled my kitchen and took out an unsightly phone jack. Able to set up the main base in the bedroom and still have the second handset in the kitchen. Great range, sounds great.

These phones are very nice for the price. They have very clear sound and also have a speaker for the hard of hearing. Nice range of volume.

Bought this for my wife. She is a teacher and uses it at work. This school was built in the 70's and still uses the wired telephone. She wants a wireless phone so she can be anywhere in the room and still answer the phone. One phone for her and the other for her aid. Great product.

Phone is kind of cheap and flimsy. It doesn't seem to have a lot of body, making it a little too light to hold. Sound quality is pretty good but coul;d be better.

I didn't need the answering machine feature but I did want a speakerphone and the VTECH met my requirements. Also the batteries seem to last longer than other cordless phones I've had.

Adding it to existing phones is as easy as following simple instructions. However the reception is not very good. Calls made to this extension sound like the user is in outer space - far far away and low.

Great if you just want a phone that works and you don't need an answering machine. Most packages in the store have a base unit and one or more extra hansets, but the base unit almost always has an answering machine, which you don't need if you have voice mail. This unit is less expensive and works just as well. You still are able to pick from several ringtones and there is an extensive phone book along with caller ID which works great.

Bought these phones to go with a Ooma system. Batteries seem to last a long time. Clear calls. This is a very good phone

Love the cordless phone. The phone was easy to operate. It also is very compact and you don't need a lot of space for the extra phone. I would definitely recommend this phone.

I really liked the price, I also liked the set up and display. Only down side is too much static when you're on a phone call. Battery life is good though.
