The manual is very poorly written. No instructions on how to set up the voice mail.

I got this phone as a holiday present for my mother (60 y. o.) and she seems very happy with it. She didn't need any help setting it up and got her voicemail (through provider) to work with the phone with no issues. She doesn't always seem to here the phone ring, but most of the time it's fine.

This phone is easy to use & set up with minimal issues..

In general, this V-Tech phone is fine, although it disconnected a call when I was walking around my living room. It has most of the same features as my old V-Tech phones, but the package said it had voice mail notification which is specifically what I was looking for. It didn't mention that you have to pick up the phone and look at the screen to find out if there is a message. You can't see if you have a message from across the room or even if you're standing right next to it without picking it up. My old V-Tech phones had a green blinking light on the handset for voice mail. They were as good as an answering machine. When I gave up my answering machine after a power outage erased all my saved messages and switched to voice mail, I was delighted that my V-Tech phone had a blinking light notification. I don't know why that was eliminated from the new V-Tech models, but if I come across another brand that has one, I'll switch.

Phone works well for the needs of our family. Good sound.

WinStream has not ran the service to the construction site so haven't used it yet.

This is a great phone! Even my 80 year old father can hear on it anywhere in the house! Great buy!

These phones are a great value, however, they do not keep a charge for long.

These phones are compact, they hold charge s long time off of the handset.
