We needed to replace our dead battery phones and found these at Best Buy at a great price, but none in our local store. They shipped them directly to our home. We charged them and plugged them in, and they are great.

The phone was not too expensive and the sleek design looks good in the kitchen. The battery life is much better than my previous device. Easy to use.

Would have been a much better deal if there was one more handset for same price. Best Buy does not sell the matching phone to add handset later - buy as many handsets as you need, don't plan on adding handsets later.

For me this was an excellant buy, easy to hear on speakerphone. Not difficult to set up but I still have to get used to where things are on the phone. I love the larger buttons as I have problems with my hands.

I got them for my father and he is really happy with them I think I would re purchase, because it was such a good deal we got the last one, even tho we did check online and it stated there was still several in store

I have had this phone at my residents for awhile now and never have problems with it. Its a great item I would recomend other people to try.

This is actually my second pair. Our house is fairly large so We need two upstairs and two downstairs. So about a year later I didn't hesitate to buy another set. I just wish they stored more than the last fifty calls.

this phone is great...second purchase within 15 years...unfortunately, the batteries need replacing after 5 years...don't recharge all the way and run out after talking on the phone after only one conversation..not like cell phone batteries which last longer

I gave this to my parents as an Easter gift. We did not want to take chance buying batteries for an old phone which may not work and not be able to return the batteries once already opened. So far they said they are happy with it.

So far, no complaints. It's a good unit to extend your existing base phone unit & for me, operates on a different frequency than other wireless devices...no interference.

I do use land line to make international calls. I found this phone to be cheap and reliable. It's over a month now and is doing good.

They sound good but the first time there was a power outage the date and time on the answering machine got off. No matter what I try I can't correct it.
