Everything works well on the phone, except the only problem I have noticed is that the sound quality when the phone is put on speaker is not as good as it could be.

Had no problem with the phone, just needing to replace a phone that someone walked off with, and the still say they did not take it. If Brian come's into Best Buy now please watch him around the cordless phones.

Got it for my parents, and they are great because of the screen size which is easy to read, the loud ringer capabilities and back-lit buttons. I got it even at a more reasonable price, with price match. Thank you BEST BUY!

They are working great now, but you must use a microfilter or the interference noise will not let you listen what you are saying when you call. (I think it happened because I have DSL Internet connection)

This replaced an older phone whose battery had worn out. I got a good price using BB points. My only very minor issue is it takes longer to delete entries in call log. Sound, etc. is great.

We needed a new cordless with just 2 handsets and this one fits the bill. Buttons are bigger than average, handsets aren't too heavy and they light up as soon as you take it out of the cradle. Very good basic cordless phone.

I was looking to replace my ten year old Panasonic phone system, and the V-Tech was the exact match I had been looking for. My search had ended. NO fuss no muss, it has worked above and beyond my expectations, and I am very hard to please....

I got this phone to update to DECT but the phone has no external answering machine. I also do not believe the phone to be TRUE DECT

I planned to use it in India. It worked great - but, called ids were not showing up. Not sure if that was a phone problem - decided to keep the phone anyway.

I bought this phone set for my mother-in-law who is hard of hearing. It is amazing that this set has great speakers and she can hear very well when speaking with others on the phone. Thank you for a great product.

Works great with magic jack. I love the stand alone second phone because and I can put the phone in my kitchen for easy use without running a second telephone line to my pc

Phone worked fine, but caused my Uniden answering machine not to work. I have had this problem with another brand of phone also, so I think it's my answering machine.

The phones work good, but the shape is such that it is very easy to hit buttons while talking. I am sure that we will get used to holding it so this doesn't happen.

these phones were a good replacement for 10 year old Vtech phones that finally died. They are smaller but yet have all of the bells and whistles we need.

I like this phone for all the reasons I already mentioned. I actually bought this same phone for my boyfriend, before I got it for myself. He likes it also.

I have an older version of this phone and it has always worked great. This phone is even better. The handset is a little longer but thinner than the older version, but it is easy to hold and light.
